    New windows

    Great company to deal with. They worked with us all the way from the start when choosing the windows through to installation, they were there to answer any of our questions. The installation staff were professional and courteous. Thanks!

    Great Services from Brock Doors & Windows

    Great term work ! I changed my double front doors recently. Ken, the sales rep helped me to choose the doors color and door handles. It turned our very beautiful. The door installation job was excellent and very professional. My front entrance now totally looks very good. Thanks Brock Doors & Windows.

    Window Installation

    We live in an attached house in South Ajax and noticed during the last couple of winters the windows on the second floor were icing up due condensation building up on the inside. It was our decision to have ten windows replaced on the second floor of our house. We did our research and visited a Brock Window showroom in Scarborough. We were impressed with what we had seen. A representative attended at our home and gave us an estimate. We decided to have the windows installed by Brock Windows. Two installers attended our home in September and installed ten windows- they were very professional in their manner and installed all the window the same day. They cleaned up after competition. The windows look great and were installed with minimal interruptions. We were very happy with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Brock Windows to or friends.

    What the People Say is TRUE

    We had previously dealt with another window firm and were very disappointed with the quality of the product which had to be replaced more than once. Hearing the Brock Window Advertisement of "What the People Say" we decided to try them. Can't say enough about Salesman Scott Wells nor the Installer who showed up an hour early and professionally installed 3 windows in half a day!! We are very satisfied with the results and won't be calling anyone but Brock in the future!

    Window Replacement

    Very satisfied with Brock through the whole process. The sales person provide prompt, courteous service had ideas on window configuration that worked well. The installation process was well coordinated, installers were on time, respectful of my house and their workmanship was excellent. Won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

    Window installed

    Had a large bay window installed , September 21. 2018. The 3 man crew arrived at exactly the time they said they would, very considerate, cleaned up both inside and out! I want the same crew for my next window installation! The workman ship was excellent.

    Great Service

    Great team. Riza answered all my questions and fixed deficiencies I found to my satisfaction. Product works great. The team worked late to get the work done on time and was very professional

    Window installation ongoing since July 24th.

    Extremely disappointed with Brock Windows. After initial quote in April they were installed on July 24th. However without the sill extensions that were promised in the quote and again by the remeasure person. Have had two scheduled days since to install Sept 4 and Sept 27th but each time they do not bring the correct size of wood to install. Now I have a date of October 22nd. Each time the person who shows up does not understand the job. How long will I wait until it is done properly? The windows look decent on the outside but are a mess on the inside. I do not recommend that Brock Windows be used for any job that requires even slight amount of craftsmanship. Their customer service has also been a nightmare. I wish I had chosen a different window company. Update:! The carpenter was in for today to finish the job. He was here for 4 hours and completed 2 of the 5 window sill extensions then he was called away for another job. This is unacceptable. He told me back on September 5 that it was a full day job for 2 trained people. He came on his own. Do not use this company!!!

    Window Replacement by Brock Windows

    I got 4 windows upgraded from double to triple glaze North Star windows on the top floor. Brock Windows did a good job installing and sealing the new windows. Will work with again to replace the next set of windows.

    Windows installed

    Brock Windows has installed our windows recently. Owning an older Victorian home we were nervous that the job would be difficult Brock was efficient, quick and accommodating to our needs.
