I dealt directly with Chris, the head of the company. He came very quickly (within 24 hours) for the first appointment, and quickly diagnosed the problem as red squirrel(s). At the same appointment he got to work, closing up 4 holes in the attic and setting up a one-way door for the squirrels to exit from but not enter. By the way, our house is really tall and Chris had no problems climbing up a ladder and working on our roof. It was dangerous work and he did it without complaining once. It turns out this squirrel was particularly mischievous and kept finding ways to return to our attic. But here's the great thing - this squirrel was no match for Chris. He stood by his workmanship and returned to our home - free of charge - every time the squirrel returned. He even brought extra staff with him to help look for potential entry points to our home. He even apologized for not being able to come in on a Sunday!!! What a guy. We have enjoyed more than a month now of peace and quiet. We still see squirrels running around our yard and in the trees but it (they) seem to have found a home somewhere else other than our attic. All thanks to Chris. I really commend him and his company for their high quality work and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Chris was great to deal with from start to finish. It seemed to me like a fairly complicated job but they did it quickly and were very honest and professional. First installed the one-way door to remove the animals, deodorized the space, then dug all around the deck/porch and installed a screen down into the ground so animals could not gain access again. He also installed some wire over my 2 roofs vents, no charge, without my asking. Definitely would recommend if you have any kind of animal problems.I had this job done in Oct. '09 and just forgot to do the review. One year later, no problems!

We had squirrels in our attic, for a few weeks, I could hear loud thumping sounds and had mistaken the sounds for raccoons (thank goodness it was not raccoons). I called Chris and when he came he set up a one way door trap for the squirrels to come out... Of course I did some squirrel watching for some time that day. I am just glad there are no more squirrels in the attic...Thanks so much Chris.

Thanks to Chris he was able to close in holes in the attic which had been exposed by my neighbors construction. He came in assessed the situation - made a number of suggestions and got to work. This is the first morning in months we have not had dancing critters in the attic!

It happened to have sparkling nested in the front and the back of our roofs. Chris removed them professionally and cleaned up my driveway and backyard afterwards. Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend him.

I am writing this review for my parents who had an ENTIRE family of large raccoons living under their back deck which meant they could no longer use it. Chris raccoon proofed the deck and created a one-way door for them to leave, then came back and closed it off. Did the work professionally and within budget. Was kind and courteous - pleasant to work with.

I called Chris at the end of my tether after realizing red squirrels had got into my attic yet again. Chris was booked for the next week but came out to help me that weekend. He was very knowledgeable and not only took care of the area were they got in but he also took preventative measures on other areas he suspected they may try again. He is also going to return with a piece of soffit to match existing which is going above and beyond what other contractors would have done. It's hard to get this calibre of service these days.

We had some unfinished soffit on one side of our home and had squirrels eat through the facia board in order to make a nest. We tried to get the job done before the mom had babies, for obvious reasons but had a hell of a time finding someone to come and do the job. We are in a three story home and most did not want to go that high. It was also complicated because we had hired a company to come by and do the soffits and siding, and had to get this done before they could start. We came across A Animal Removal, who seemed to have a good reputation and gave him a call to come by and give us just an estimate. Chris showed up when he said he would and by the time 15 minutes had passed, we had given him the job and he was working away at it. We liked his attitude, both the the quality of work, but also to the well being of the animals. We did not want the animal(s) harmed in any way. Unfortunately, the mother squirrel already had her baby so we had to put the baby into a box and leave it in a warm place, hoping mom would come back to retrieve it. In the meantime, Chris cleaned up and blocked all the openings and was done very quickly. Mom never did come back so we had to get animal services to come and pick it up. Chris even called back the next day to see how the baby made out. The price was fair, the work was great and the compassion for the animals was there. All good things to look for in a service provider of this nature. We recommend A Animal Removal to anyone.

Chris did a great job removing a nesting squirrel from our roof. The price was very reasonable and Chris made sure all access points were covered. He even did some repairs to the roof while he was up there. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone needing pest removal.
