In our front porch roof, we heard a raccoon. Because we have an older semi-detached house, it had access to our neigbhour's porch roof from our side! Chris Wright from A Animal Removal was prompt, pleasant, listened carefully, adapted to my partly developed solution, and then added his one-way door flap, which ensured the coon stayed out, once it left. He followed up by phone and removed the door We would definitely use Chris again.

Chris did a great job helping us get rid of our unwanted tennants. He and his little helper Robert came out assessed the situation and resolved our problem in no time. The entry holes were sealed with the exception of one, where a one way door was put in. In little over a week, Chris came back, took away the one way door and sealed up the last hole. Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and did his work very neatly and quickly.

Raccoons are cute, but I don't want them living in a disused kitchen chimneygrowling and squealing. I called Chris and he came the next day and took care of the problem. He really does deserve the great reviews he's received here on Homestars. The problem was taken care of (humanely, of course) and came with a guarantee. Service with a smile! I would definitely recommend A Animal Removal to anyone dealing with some unwelcome visitors.

Heard squirrels in the attic and called A Animal Removal based on the reviews here. The timeliness and quality were fine...but Chris got started on the work without discussing a price with me. Now, I could have / should have confirmed this myself, but I think it should have been offered. I was also told that someone would come by in 'two or three days, might leave a note, might not', to close up the squirrel door. Now, I'm all for friendly service, but I felt that these two elements were a little less than professional. I recommend this supplier for their good quality work, but double check costs and follow-up appointments before work starts.

Contacted Chris yesterday regarding problem with squirrels in our attic. Chris was on-site next day, was on time and even called ahead to confirm he was coming. Chris inspected our roof to see where the squirrels were getting in. The two areas were sealed up, 1 temporarily. The temporary seal will be redone in a couple of weeks. Workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year, and with A Animal Removal being in business for several years, you know the guarantee means something. I reccommended A Animal Removal to two neighbours who were having the same problem.

When red squirrels infested our mansard roof we went to the Homestars website and saw favorable reviews for A Animal Removal. Chris responded immediately to my call, came next day, and fixed the problem right away. One additional thing really impressed me about Chris, aside from his very pleasant, professional manner. While up on my roof (which is flat) he noticed a lot of rotting leaves clogging the drains. Next thing I knew he had a garbage pail up there cleaning up the mess. If only all people in the service business were like Chris. I would recommend him to anyone!

About 6 months ago my wife and I heard animals moving in our attic. I called Chris and set up an appointment for the following day. I paid Chris up front and he installed a one way door so that the raccoons could not return once they left the attic. Chris removed the door and repaired my roof 5 days later. Since then I have called Chris back twice because something has been trying to enter the attic again. Both times Chris fixed the roof and did not charge because we called him before the roof was completely broken through.
