    Great, highly responsive service, quality result

    Paolo and the team at Advantage Pest Control were referred to us through friends and it was a great experience. Had issues with carpenter ants, grub and carpenter bees in both front and back. Quick turnaround from initial call to service, with supportive follow ups to questions as I needed. Would gladly refer them further and use them again

    Pavement ants in house

    I found a pile of pavement ants in my kitchen yesterday evening. This morning I found a handful more and by 9 am today I was in touch with Advantage Pest Control. They were absolutely wonderful and sent me 2 men to exterminate (who at my house at about 10am). Advantage Pest Control takes care of my cottage too. They are always professional, timely, accommodating and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone .

    Ant Infestation

    Ant problem was reported and they came on the weekend to get it taken care of. Technician was well-mannered, prompt, and quick about getting in and out without causing disruptions. Any difficulties were dealt with and remedied appropriately - credit to them for customer service in this area.

    Advantage Pest Control

    Professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. I would definitely use them again! Paulo took the time to explain everything to me and was able to come next day, upon my request.

    Indoor and outdoor ants and mice:(

    I have had work done buy numerous contractors over the 30 years I have owned my home. I have never been more satisfied with the work performed buy Paolo. He performed his work systematically with attention to detail, accuracy and doing the job to the best of his ability. Paulo methodically studied and performed his work with care and concern for my Pets. He took his time and did not rush to get the job done. It seemed that he was doing it as he would have done it for his own home. I am delighted with the job Paolo did. I applaud and commend his outstanding work ethics. My entire experience with Pest Control was very positive, and never been more satisfied. I recommend Pest Control to all my family and friends. My thanks to everyone at Pest Control.

    carpenter ants

    Above and beyond! My wife and I are very happy with advantage pest control. They got rid of our ants, and stumbled upon a leak in my humidifier that was causing damage to my walls and furnace, as helping the ants with excess moisture. Thanks so much to the staff of advantage!

    Ants

    Not a fan of posting negative reviews but thought i should for others. More interested in rolling the ball down the hill rather than helping to solve the problem. Find someone who cares instead of someone more interested in creating an annual service call.

    Ant problem solved

    Came quickly and solved problem. Staff were very nice but not professionally dressed and were a bit sloppy in spraying poison everywhere. We have a baby and so we were a bit concerned for a while but didn't end up having any problems. Would use again.

    Ant and Mouse

    After reading the latest review I feel compelled to let you know the excellent service I received from Advantage pest control. I have used them for ants in the past and unfortunately mice this year. I received service within a day, had to recall them, spoke to a gentleman named Paolo, he reassured me that the problem would be solved and sent out a service guy the next day. Happy to say that I am mouse free today. My experience with them has been positive. If I need pest control service again, I would definitely use them again.

    mice

    I wish I had never used this company. A total waste of my dollars and time. You will also find this company under pestservices.ca. If a "technician" with only a pail of bait and absolutely nothing else (ladders, flashlights etc) to properly do the job is what you expect then this company is the one for you. If a "technician" that refuses to look into the ceiling, which you made accessible for him to see where the actual droppings are and the degree; and he states that his job is to only place bait around, then this company is the one for you. Shocking that a "technician" would arrive just to shove these bait stations wherever he could easily reach and not even want to pop his head in to look at anything until I demanded he look. My initial phone call also stated that I wasn’t sure if mice were only the problem….maybe squirrels….I had no idea but needed it checked. When I phoned Paul from Advantage to complain about the lack of real service I expected as per our initial phone conversation he responded they do not take care of squirrels anyway. I was also told that there would not be a company that did what I wanted. Wrong Paul. Customer satisfaction is not their motto; your cheque is all that matters to them. Terrible terrible company. I then found an amazing company that actually did everything I would have expected and then some. Totally solved the problem. Took several hours to search for openings and rectify. And charged less than what Advantage charged me. Paul, please do not retort to any of this as it would be false coming from you or anyone in your company. Ramona

I called you on the same day to discuss this with you and apologized about not having a great experience with our technician. As discussed he could have had better customer service skills with you, and your expectations with respect to the service may have been a little off as well. Squirrels were not included in your rodent control program; this is why the technician was not prepared with a ladder. We were hired specifically for mice and do apologize we were not prepared for wildlife in addition to the rodents. We stand by our service and the guarantee that we gave you against mice only, not squirrels. And my offer to come by to assist you further with any problems at your home still stands.
