    Treatment for mice

    I called Advantage Pest Control as I suspected I had mice in my attic. A technician came and placed some bait stations in the house and also in the attic. A month later, the owner, Paolo called me to see if I still had the mice problem. I mentioned to him that I have caught a couple of mice in the attic using glue traps. Paolo came personally to do another inspection of the attic and placed some additional bait stations. He assured me that these additional stations should take care of the problem completely. Advantage Pest Control seems to care about their customers and the quality of the services they provide. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for the services of a professional pest control company.

    Carpenter Ants

    I recently had a very bad, carpenter ant problem in my home. I had no idea what to do as it was my first experience with pests. My colleague at work recommended Advantage pest control so I gave them a call. The girl who answered really helped calm my nerves and suggested what I could do to help the situation. I was given an appointment where Paolo showed up as soon as he could and described his plan in detail. My family and I were pleased with the amount of time and detail Paolo put into checking our problem and helping us understand the solution. We trusted Paolo’s plan of action and boy did it ever pay off. Treatment was applied in a timely fashion and we have not experienced a single carpenter ant 3 weeks later! Thank you Advantage! It’s also good to hear of their 1-year service guarantee incase any pest were to reappear, Advantage would have me covered!

    Pest control, bed bugs

    Had a small bed bug problem, they were very responsive, answering phone calls after hours and providing helpful information, and making a weekend visit to our house to deal with the issue.

    Pest control

    This past February I was mortified to discover bed beds in my home. When I called Advantage, they spent a good half hour on the phone with me making really good suggestions for what to do about the problem. I arranged for a fumigation, which happened two times, ten days apart. The cost seemed very pricey to me ($700) but I was willing to pay anything to get rid of them. After the first treatment, most were dead, after the second, they were all gone. So worth the cost! And I appreciated their professionalism and reassurance the problem could be resolved. I followed all their advice and almost a year later, no recurrence.

    bedbugs

    It was years before we were able to afford to deal with the situation. The boys faced bedbug hell and by G**, they tamed it! They were professional and considerate from start to finish. I couldn't be happier!

    Bed bugs

    As a realtor in Toronto I have put a lot of clients into condos in this city. Last month after putting a client into a condominium just north of the city he advised me that the unit was infested with bedbugs. After trying a 'known' and 'trusted' company THREE different times as well as THREE different payments they failed to rid of the bedbugs. I decided to call Advantage Pest Control and they were out the next day. They suggested the appropriate 'heat treatment' that the other company suggested not to due to them not having the equipment. When we insisted they use this treatment they quoted us much more then Advantage did. (Likely due to outsourcing) Advantage Spent the entire day at my clients condo, were courteous and knowledgeable and the bedbugs are gone !! Service you can absolutely be sure is done right !! The first time ! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in this city .

    Pest Control

    We called Advantage Pest Control Inc. when we noticed bees flying in and out of a hole in the brick of our house. Paolo and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain how we could successfully get rid of this problem. We noticed the bees had significantly reduced 24 hours after the treatment was applied and are now completely gone. We highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

    Extermination

    I am very impressed by the service man who came to exterminate our problem with carpenter ants. He is extremely knowledgable about pests and how to stop the problem. He is professional and has provided an excellent service. Let's just see if it has solved our problem! We decided to get the 1 year guarantee. The company was also very timely.

    mice infestation

    Dave did a fine job of reassuring me that everything would be looked after and that our problem would be solved. I felt relieved that he did the work and explained all the procedures as he went along. I have already recommended him to my neighbor.

    Carpenter Ants

    I had a severe carpenter ant problem at the beginning of the summer and I contacted several companies in Toronto to address this issue. After speaking to Paolo from Advantage Pest Control, I quickly gained the confidence that Advantage would resolve this issue in an ideal manner. He clearly explained the entire process in detail, including the science behind how carpenter ants are eliminated, safety of the bait, and expected time-frame. I was extremely happy with the quality and professionalism of the service that I received and I am pleased to share that I have not seen a carpenter ant in my house for over a month. I highly recommend Advantage Pest Control to anyone in Toronto with a similar carpenter ant problem who is seeking reliable/hassle-free service at a fair price.
