    Furnace, AC and Water Heater Installation by Air One,

    This past Monday Air One did a professional Installation of an upgraded Furnace and AC system. A new water heater was also installed. The installers did a great job on the installation and equipment removal. They very pleasantly answered my questions and did a good job of clean-up once the job was complete. My interaction with sales consultant and office staff was also worthy of note. I got a strong sense the the focus on customer service was real and not just a 'cliche'.

    Customer Service

    In March of 2015, I rented a new furnace and air conditioner from Aire One. A year later, I found that there was an issue with the rental agreement. The general manager at Aire One acted quickly and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. The York furnace and air conditioner were professionally installed, and work great !

    Furnace, & Air Conditioner installed

    The installers were very professional and helpful in all aspects of the work they did. I would like to say thank you to each and every one. Would refer them to my friends.

    Service

    We have used Aire One since March 5, 2012. At that time, while doing a routine furnace inspection they found 313 ppm CO in the flue of our 40+ year old furnace. They immediately sent a crew in and replaced the furnace the same day! As there were six people living in the house, that could have become a very dangerous situation. They were quick and efficient and had the new furnace running before the house got too cold. Many thanks to Aire One. We have used Aire One every year since for an annual inspection and cleaning of our furnace. This year the technician, James, was, as usual, friendly and informative. He took the time to explain things and told us that Aire One sells top quality furnace filters for a great price at their Victoria St. location.

    Service Call for furnace not coming on

    My mom Called Aire One for a service call as her furnace was not working and they were to one who installed it 10 years ago. Service guys showed up and within 10 min had diagnosed the problem to the mainboard. Suggested it wasn’t worth replacing as it would cost over $1000 to replace. His written statements stated the same and suggested a new furnace be installed. My mom called me and I asked to speak to the service guy, I asked him how he found the problem, what test he had performed. At this point he got very arrogant and very short as he couldn’t answer my basic questions. At this point he hung up and went off on my mom and stormed out of the house after he charged her for the service call. I live an 1.5 hours away but decided I better check this out for myself. Got to my moms, downloaded the Lenox manual and followed the trouble shooting guide, found the signal from the thermostat not coming to the furnace. Tapped the thermostat and the furnace came on. Replace it and all was good. Called Aire One and requested to speak with the service manager who never retuned my call. Absolutely disgusted with them. Even if they would have replace the board for $1000 or the furnace for $3000 it would still never have worked because the culprit was the thermostat. Spoke with TSSA and have filed a formal complaint with them.

When we later discussed your mom's service call you shared with me that you were very upset we DID NOT CALL YOU thus deciding to write this review. I'm sorry you felt offended we did not call you, but I think we did the right thing by immediately calling your mom (the person who was our customer and who paid us) and refunding all the charges. We apologize to your mom for any inconvenience we have caused her.

    Furnace

    Furnace installed next day! Installers were polite, gave clear instructions and cleaned everything up spotless, and even turned the new furnace around for better accessibility. We appreciated the follow-up inspection. We would recommend them to anyone. Good Work! Thank you.

    furnace assistance

    Colin M was a huge help for us with our new Furnace. He explained all of our options and took time to go over all of our questions. He was very thorough and so pleasant to deal with.

    furnace/air contitioner/humidifer/ water heater check

    The four individuals from Aire One who worked with us were all very professional and knowledgeable from the beginning to the very end. Their professionalism was very much appreciated, even though they regrettably had to inform us that they needed to shut down our gas due to a leak in the vent pipes on our furnace. They were quick to have a consultant come to our home the same evening to discuss options. They took their time to make sure everything was correct and functioning properly after the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. They even corrected some duct work for a cold air return. Thanks to Eric, Mike and the two fellows who actually did the install. I know Eric felt bad for shutting down the gas and kept apologizing, but thank you Eric - you very well could have saved our lives. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!

    Furnace , A/C , Water Heater

    The installers were extremely professional and very courteous making sure to answer all of my questions. They also made sure that they cleaned up everything as if no one was ever there. They took their time to the job right! Extremely satisfied! I would highly recommend Aire One to all of my friends and family. Very Happy!

    furnace and air conditioning

    Excellent service. Knowledgeable sales rep. Great value. Installation was quick and scheduled within a week of meeting with the sales rep. Definitely would recommend Aire-one to anyone looking for a new furnace or air conditioner.
