Just had the annual service for my furnace and Central Air. The service is always great and this year was no different. We had Jake as our service tech tis year and he was very professional and polite. He also recommended the UV light to purify the air and left an estimate for it so my husband and I can discus it. Aire One service team is always top notch and I recommend them to everyone.

We have the customer care plan and love it. It takes the worry out of expensive repairs. We love the annual inspections, we don't have to worry about our furnace or air conditioner needing expensive repairs. We highly recommend Aire One. The technician, Tom, was very personable and professional. He explained everything very clearly. We are so impressed with Aire One we have recommended it to everyone we know.

Louis came to our home for the annual furnace/ac tune up that we pay for on a monthly basis to Aire One Heating and Cooling. Took advantage of a special for annual tuneup of both my high efficiency furnace, which was installed by Aire One and also my air conditioner. The serviceman Louis, arrived on time and spent two hours cleaning both my units. He replaced a fllter on the furnace and installed a new thermostat which had been acting improperly. He was very polite and patient as he instructed me on the use of the new thermostat and explained other issues on how to maintain optimum performance on both units. Although it was a very sunny and dry day, he took the time to wear booties on his shoes to maintain cleanliness. I am very happy with Aire One both with their furnace I purchased and the maintenance performed. I will continue to work with them and would gladly refer them to my friends. B.Simkin

I have a service contract monthly - includes filter for annual checkup - Tech was on time, very respectful, professional, knowledgeably and informative. He took time to answer questions and explain details of testing results....all A-1 including our system! I would also add that our sales representative was very helpful and the installers were fantastic as well - we switched from electric to gas about a year ago when we bought our home...Aire One - second to none - highly recommend them!

After getting a few quotes I quickly realized most companies came in, asked no questions, just threw outa number (often the lowest number) and didn't bother to take the time to find what I might need. My sales person asked me several questions to get an understanding of what I might need before going on to make suggestions as to what might suit me. I found the pricing to be fair for what I got, and the quality of the job that was done seems to be great. My equipment is quiet, and I did see a difference in my first bills. I would not hesitate to recommend Aire One KW to anyone.

Aire One has consistently provided great service for both my air-conditioner, which I purchased from them 6-7 years ago and my old furnace, which now needs to be replaced. They are always friendly and explain clearly the work they are doing. I am likely to purchase my new furnace through them.

Aire One gave me a 2 hour window for my appointment so I didn't have to wait all day. Their serviceman arrived at the earliest point of that window and was courteous. The inspections took about an hour. Equipment was fine but i had my furnace filter in backward. Thanks Aire One.
