    A/C Furnace Tune-up

    My annual check-up technician was on time, courteous, and very thorough. He answered all my questions and explained every aspect of the services he was performing. I have no complaints or criticisms!

    Annual Maintenance of furnace and a/c

    This is my 3rd year with my new furnace and a/c and humidifier. My old furnace stopped working on a freezing evening in February at 11 pm and I had my new furnace installed the next day. Regarding my annual maintenance, I've chosen the monthly pmt plan so the cost is always covered. My recent inspection was done by Keith. He arrived promptly and explained things to me as he went along. Each time I learn a bit more. I'm very pleased with my experience with A1 from new furnace to annual maintenance.

    New furnace and a/c

    Thanks to salesman Colin for his good work. Installers did an excellent professional job and left our premises clean and tidy. We would certainly recommend Aire One to other friends, neighbors and family.

    Annual maintenance of Air Conditioner and Furnace

    Aire One sent me a reminder by mail. Reaching them on the phone was very easy and they set up a service appointment within two days. The technician was punctual, professional and courteous. He worked very efficiently and left the place very clean. I paid him by credit card and got a receipt on the spot. The entire experience was totally hassle-free. They followed up with a phone call shortly afterwards.

    Annual Furnace & A/C Tune Up

    Adam from Aire One came and performed the annual tune-up on April 25, 2014 for both the furnace and air conditioner. He was both personable and professional throughout the whole process in getting the job done. We are so happy with their service and the information and or recommendations provided on the condition or needs of our home heating - cooling systems that we will be looking to switch over our hot water tank rental in the next couple of months to Aire One.

    annual AC maintenance

    Every year I have my AC maintenance by Aire One - Once again I was pleased at how the technician (Lewis) was on time, very professional and friendly. Explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I have always been satisfied with the service I have received from Aire One with both my AC and Furnace tune -ups.

    Annual furnace and AC checkup

    I was very pleased with the professional and personable technician that serviced my furnace and AC. He arrived on time and was thorough in checking all parts. A problem was detected which I was not aware of. I was able to have another service call avoided as he was able to correct the problem on the spot...a positive experience for me! Thanks Jerry!

    New installation Air conditioning

    I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable and courteous all the staff at Aire One are. The sales person, the administration staff and the installers were all very helpful, polite and obviously know their products. The installers did what was right and not what was easiest and took the time to really explain things to me. I will definitely use Aire One again for repairs or new installations.

    A/C installed

    The salesman was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The installers were thorough and when done, asked if everything appeared okay--and yes it did & they cleaned up the mess very nicely even sweeping out the garage! This company was recommended by a fellow resident & he was right on!

    Air Conditioner Sale/Installation

    The sales rep took the time to explain how the AC system works and why he was recommending a smaller size than other quotes we'd received. He was also the only one who checked the size of our furnace instead of just the square footage of our house. The price was fair and Aire One handles all of the paperwork associated with getting a government rebate back for energy efficiency. The Installation was booked quickly and the installers who came out were friendly, efficient and professional. We would recommend dealing with this company to anyone who asks!
