    Heating/Central A/C

    I was treated with respect by sales & installation people.They arrived on site on time and did everything they said they would.The installation of the new furnace & a/c looks great and works great.The installers were friendlly & went through all the operating procedures with me.They left the work site cleaner than it was before they arrived I look forward to having these people return to help me maintain the efficient operation of my new system. They are welcome to work at my home anytime.

    air conditioner

    excellent workmanship. Very professional work ethics nice bunch of guys and yes a great product this product was installed on the day booked. they had no problems and did a very professional looking job. could not of done a better job myself .

    Air condition

    MY experience with Air one wasn't total great. The salesmen did not honour our verbal agreement on dropping price by $50.00 I know not much, and yes these days you can't hold any body word it has to be in writing. I also confronted the company when I learned through a promotion that the same unit I bought was cheaper when I confronted the salesmen he said they do that to ramp up business. They say other company's do the same say one price to suck you in and then their additional fees so in the end you pay the original price. I thought about going to the BBB in my area I might still. Thank-you

    We are sorry, Lincoln, we didn't send you the $50 refund in a timely manner. I am sure by now you have already cashed the cheque. Our intention was to refund you immediately but we did not properly communicate between the departments and thus we delayed refunding the extra $50 we had charged. As a result of this mistake we have reviewed the policies within our office to prevent such situations from happening again. Regarding the ad for a "cheaper unit": we generally advertise as "from xxxxx dollars" based on the price of the smallest unit. Normally the smallest unit we install is 18000 btu. In July we bought a few smaller units (12000 btu) which are a few hundred dollars cheaper, so we advertised the "from xxxxx dollars" based on the price of the 12000 btu unit rather than the 18000 btu. We have sold them all and the ad runs again based on the 18000 btu. The product you had purchased had exactly the same price during both promos.

    wasn't getting hot water in the shower

    The technician came and gave a very thorough check at my furnace, and quickly discover the problem, and the solution, no pushing or forcing me to make a choice on the way to go, I'm tired of sales people if you know what I mean, I do recommend Aire One, thanks

    Annual Maintainence

    The technician arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable. Good Service. They had all required parts on the truck so no return call was required. He was here and finished in no time at all.

    Air conditioner tune-up

    They ate very helpful and answered all my questions amd the were on time and did their job and double checked everything. Im happy to reccomend them to anyone because their a great company to work with and their techs are helpful

    central air conditioner

    Each phase of this process was easy and comfortable. The sales representative explained all the details, gave an accurate cost and listened to my concerns. The gentlemen who came to do the install ran into some issues with the existing set-up but didn't rush, they took great care and helped us fix up some air leakage problems. I was so impressed with the work ethic and integrity. Keep up the good work, guys!

    Air conditioner check up

    We had someone check our air conditioner because it wasn't cooling properly. The service man was on time and very pleasant. He checked it and had it running great in about 15 minutes. Great service and employees are very friendly to deal with on the phone and in person.

    Furnace serviced

    Very professional and friendly service. I recommend Aire One for your heating and cooling needs! Cost was low and service was high, on time and efficient. It was also very easy to pay as they accept debit and credit cards as well. A1 service!!

    service

    The Furnace had stopped blowing warm air. The Technician arrived on time and on the arranged date. He diagnosed the problem as a blower motor, optained a new motor and installed it in under a half hour.
