    AC and furnace replacement

    Able to install on short notice and quickly (in both cases, my AC and Furnace broke in the hottest and coldest time of the year so I needed help fast). I had a great experience with my AC so there was no doubt in calling 8 months later for my furnace. Friendly sales and very knowledgeable.

    New Water Heater

    Colin came out and did an evaluation at our home for a new gas water heater. He was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done for proper venting etc.... We were happy with the price and set up an apt for install. The installation guys were good. They talked with my wife and explained everything they were going to do BEFORE they began. They installed the equipment and cleaned up the mess before they left. Safety regulation compliance is my trade. I could tell everything was done properly and was very pleased. I have recently recommended Colin & Aire One to my in-laws who are looking for a new furnace. I have no doubt they will be as satisfied with everything as I was.

    furnace and central air

    i was with reliance and it took me 1 year to get rid of them nothing was installed properly,the furnace was hooked up backwards the unit was to small to start out with.Reliance called the husband and me crazy it took the lawyer at least 15 phone calls before he got any answers. Then we had to get a heat lose inspector at my cost the inspector said we were loosing 57,983 btu/h and reliance said a 40,000 btu/h was good enough .when we finally got rid of them we contacted Aire ONE they were very efficant with install and we got a 80,000btu/h and no problems .We can't thank Aire One enough

    furnace repair

    The repair man was friendly and courteous. Showed up within the scheduled time slot. Explained what the problem was. When finished he waited to make sure the furnace turned back on.

    NEW FURNACE

    The install guys were very friendly, explained what they were doing, put sheets down on the stairs. They were very quick and cleaned everything up before they left. Explained things and also said if any problems or questions, don't hesitate to call. Very satisfied customer. Thanks

    new furnace.filter and booth

    last November 2013.,my furnace went on the blink.I had several quotes for a new furnace. after researching the consumer report on several brands, I decided to go with Air One. I had a great efficient service installation of my New Furnace. The time frame for installation saw right on, the service was excellent. I am enjoying my new furnace and would recommend their service.

    furnace and airconditioner

    My old furnace was about to die when I called Aire One of Kitchener. The technician who came to my home was both friendly and professional. After discussing with him the condition of my old furnace, I decided to purchase a new one. The salesperson with whom I discussed the purchase was knowledgeable and in no way did he try to apply any pressure on me. The installation of the new furnace was done quickly, neatly and to my definite satisfaction. Overall, all of my interactions with the various persons at Aire One Kitchener from the office staff to the installers have been above the level. I have the feeling that they are truly interested in the satisfaction of their customers. Moreover, integrity and pride in workmanship have been evident from the beginning. So much was I impressed with them that I did not even consider purchasing with another company!

    Furnace repair/upgrade

    When my furnace started to have issues, Air One was on top of it. They help me raise my concern with the manufacture and ended having a free replacement and only having to pay for the installation. They came over did the work, cleanup after themselves, explain the new furnace provided any information I asked for. Basically I consider the as a top customer oriented company. Would recommend them to anyone having needs for a furnace or AC

    No heat service call

    Yesterday my wife called me from work informing me the furnace had made a loud noise and now there is no heat.. With my 3 month old son there I panicked and grabbed the phone book and called the biggest add I could find, When I called aireone I got the service department right away and spoke with Brady I informed him what was going on and he was extremely helpful over the phone an gave me some things to look for before they came out, Once I checked the things he mentioned while having him on the phone he had some one come over. No more them 25 minutes later I had a tech from aireone at my door, he took his boots off at the door and went right downstairs to work. He determined that my board was gone and needed to be replaced he went back out to his truck came in with a new board and installed it. I have a old carrier furnace that has given me some trouble over the years and have always had to Wait for parts hence why I panicked so badly. However it's not to often you come across such high quality service these days and I highly recommend aire one For there service and professional technicians they have working for them.

    Thermostat and furnace cleaning

    I had problems with my thermostat they replaced it with a new one at a small cost. At the same time they cleaned my furnace which was due and made sure everything was working properly. They arrived on time and the tech was excellent
