    Furnace maintenance

    An Air-One tech arrived on time and proceeded to undertake the annual maintenance procedure on our gas furnace. He was polite and respectful of our home (e.g., took his shoes off at the door), and answered the few questions we had for him in an informative and helpful manner. He left the furnace area in a tidy condition; and had filled out the work order completely regarding the service he performed.

Our technicians should have 5 different types of filters on their truck, but sometimes they run out of them. We are sorry that by not having the filter when we visited you we missed on getting a 10. As discussed earlier, one complementary filter is ready for you at the Victoria location.

    New Furnace/Ac Installation

    Recently purchased a home, where the furnace and ac were shot. We got at least 3 quotes, and we ended up going with Aire One for several reasons. Their salesperson was very informative, explained everything to us, and found us the best equipment within our budget. The installation was finished in one day! Couldn't be more happy with the install crew. Knew their stuff, were personable, and took the time to answer all of our concerns. We were so impressed with the installation, that we got a new water heater from them as well. Highly recommend Aire One!

    Replacement furnace

    After considering several companies, Matt's professionalism, fast professional technicians, went the extra mile to clean up my existing duct makes this company my number 1 choice in any future upgrades.

    Furnace

    27 year old furnace needed replacing. Service was prompt and technicians were very professional. Confirmed what they were going to do and where equipment would be located before starting. Pleased with the entire process.

    Furnace/Air

    My old furnace needed repairs, seeing Aire One ads I called them and the prompt professional and informative service impressed me I ordered a new furnace air conditioner and humidifier. All work done in short order, no problems and they cleaned up. Pleasant crew.

    furnace installation/service

    Installers arrived on time and were very friendly and informative. I had a faulty thermostat and that was replaced promptly. Service calls are done quickly and efficlently and any questions are answered satisfactorily.

    Replace air pump heating system

    We decided to replace our 20 year old air to air heat pump with an energy efficient newer model. We live in the country and have no natural gas lines. Within three hours a salesman was at our property and the new system was carefully explained to us. The next week the installation crew arrived. They were professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. They both worked in extreme minus temperatures outside without a complaint. The work was completed professionally and the cleanup excellent. Every step of the installation was explained to us. A wonderful company to deal with. Highly recommended. Mike and Sue Arthur Ontario

    Broken heater

    When my husband was away our furnace broke down. He usually deals with this stuff so I was overwhelmed. My neighbour told me to call Aire One and I had a young man out that night within a couple hours. I had to buy an expensive part but I price shopped and they were actually the cheapest by $20 for the part. Thank goodness the nice young man suggested paying for a extended warranty plan monthly. Now my 12 year old furnace has part & labour warranty again. Makes me feel much more secure knowing next time our furnace goes out I know exactly who to call and there's no heart failure over huge service bills. I already told my brother in law to buy his new furnace from Aire One and he's happy too. Thanks to the lovely office lady for calling to make sure I was satisfied with the service.

    Fixed Lennox furnace

    I woke up on a cold winter morning to find my furnace not working. A quick and easy call to Aire One was all it took to get the tech there that exact same morning. The tech was nice and knowledgeable and had my furnace back and running in no time. I would definitely recommend Aire One to anyone needing to have their furnace fixed.

    Furnace Repair

    This has been a particularly cold winter and we lost heat on one of the coldest days. I took position of the furnace when I purchased the house, so I wasn't sure whom to call. I called Aire One because they did a great job previously on my Central Air Conditioner. They arrived that day and had me back up and running, and included a professional assessment of my long term repair needs and options. I am happy with the work, and because of my good experience, I will continue to deal with Aire One going forward.
