    Heating system not working

    I realized I had no heat at home early in the morning an d called them right away. They dispatch a service technician that was in my place in less than 3h. Rob did a very through and professional assessment and ordered a part replacement that will be installed the day after.

    Would highly recommend!

    Would highly reccommend! Colin our Sales Associate gave us a really competitive package. Two friendly servicemen came out and installed pretty much the next day! They were clean, courteous, and knowledgeable! I'll reccommend you to all my friends!

    Replaced old water heating

    Our water heater died and due to its age, needed to be replaced. Service was done the next day after I called. It's a rental unit owned/provided by the City. Workers arrived on time (Caser & someone else), were friendly, did the work, left in good time. Everything works well.

    Routine check on water heater

    Allister was in just for a routine checkup on our water heater. He was cheerful, friendly and informative. It was my first time to have Aire One come in for maintenance work, and I was more than satisfied with the service I receive.

    furnace tune-up

    - technician was on time and friendly - technician was knowledgeable and helpful - technician explained everything and provided extra information - I was happy with the service and the interaction with the company

    Furnace Repair

    Sean did a great job. The two-stage Carrier furnace has a faulty rely switch that kept getting triggered and shutting off for 3 hours everyday. Sean came in for a repair service and he was friendly and helpful.

    Water Heater Inspeciton

    Person was very professional and polite, and followed safety guidance. I did not hear the bell when he came, and he waited patiently until office called me to check. Left everything clean behind.

    Customer Service ! Where are you?

    I am a senior in my 80's; I purchased a furnace and A/C from Aire One. Aire One offered attractive financing, so I opted for a 10-year plan. After 6 years, the financial institution, quit deducting my monthly payments. After 3 emails, and 3 weeks later, they responded in a 1-sentence reply: "Your account has been terminated." I found this very strange! I contacted Aire One KW, and asked them if they could explain this situation. After 3 emails, their finance department finally replied, and said, "that after 5 years, the account was turned over to Aire One, and that they would henceforth deduct the monthly payments." It would seem that I'd overpaid the financial institution by nearly 1 year, which meant nearly $2,000.00! Consequently, I asked Aire One to look into this for me. No response!! Due to my age and health, and now, the threat of Covid-19, I'm in the process of organizing my estate; I asked Aire One to supply me with a copy of the payments I've made to date, and the balance owing re this contract; also, since I'd never been given a copy of the contract by their salesman, I requested a copy of same. Aire One refused! No acknowledgement, nor explanation given!! Instead of being happy, that I took responsibility for my account, and being sure that it was looked after in the event of my death, Aire One chose to ignore me! This is the worst customer service I've ever received in my life! I certainly, will never recommend Aire One to anybody!!

For privacy and security reasons, your prior payment information cannot be shared with Aire One. Please contact Ecohome to obtain your previous payment records. Effective January 2021, Aire One has taken over the contract and as such, we will be able to provide you any information regarding your payments going forward; we simply just do not have access to your previous information. We are also absolutely not charging you an extra $2000. We have responded to your email, and we have also tried to call you several times with no answer, and you have not gotten back to us. We encourage you to reach out to Ecohome for your previous payment information and going forward, we are happy to provide you with any information regarding payments that our company takes. If you have any questions, please contact us at 519-569-8200. We look forward to hearing from you.

    furnace replacement

    Hamed and Tes did the install on a Saturday morning and they did a very good. They were friendly and approachable and the installation went quickly and smoothly. They took the time to explain what had been installed and offered to answer any question I had about operation of the furnace and the digital thermostat.

    Water heater replacement

    My water heater was leaking a little from the bottom. It was a rental. Two service guys,Charlie and Aric, came in and very efficiently removed it and replaced it with a new one. They followed Covid safety protocols, were personable and helpful. Thanks very much.
