    Furnace maintenance

    Water Tank installation

    Alister and Darren looked after the install, they were great, professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. From them to the call centre and dispatch all have been helpful. Thanks!

    New Air Conditioner installation

    Aire One made an appointment to assess my requirements at a time convenient for me. I found the process to be informative and the salesman was very helpful in coming up with a product to suit my needs. The company confirmed my appointment in advance and the installers arrived on time. They were very polite and explained everything to me. I would recommend this company.

    annual inspection

    The service technician did the annual furnace and AC inspection, and did a good job. He was polite, friendly, and efficient, and answered all our questions fully. He is a good ambassador for his company.

    HVAC

    Dave C came over had no heat and fixed the problem put in new pump looked over my ac and made sure everything was in good working order great guy

    Furnace Issue

    The overall service was good, but will now need a call back to clean the furnace. I would have given 5 stars had everything been completed in one appointment. The humming of the motor (if that’s what’s causing the sound) remains.

    Furnace and AC checkup

    Great service today for my annual furnace and AC check-up . The tech was very friendly . He recommended a few things I need as well which didn’t break the bank. One item was covered under my monthly plan. Very happy with the service !!

    Change furnace filter (high end filter)

    We needed a replacement filter for a new furnace installed a year ago .Graham arrived in good time, was courteous, explained what he was doing all the way so I could do it myself next time, offered additional services.

    Furnace Humidifier

    Thanks to James a very friendly and tidy staff. Arrived on time and took care of our problem. My experience with Aire One team has always been great. From making the call to getting the service done on time to getting things cleaned, to receiving their call as a follow-up after a day or two. Makes you feel you made the right choice to have this company to take care of probably the most expensive installation in your home.
