I am a senior in my 80's; I purchased a furnace and A/C from Aire One. Aire One offered attractive financing, so I opted for a 10-year plan.
After 6 years, the financial institution, quit deducting my monthly payments.
After 3 emails, and 3 weeks later, they responded in a 1-sentence reply: "Your account has been terminated."
I found this very strange! I contacted Aire One KW, and asked them if they could explain this situation.
After 3 emails, their finance department finally replied, and said, "that after 5 years, the account was turned over to Aire One, and that they would henceforth deduct the monthly payments."
It would seem that I'd overpaid the financial institution by nearly 1 year, which meant nearly $2,000.00! Consequently, I asked Aire One to look into this for me. No response!!
Due to my age and health, and now, the threat of Covid-19, I'm in the process of organizing my estate; I asked Aire One to supply me with a copy of the payments I've made to date, and the balance owing re this contract; also, since I'd never been given a copy of the contract by their salesman, I requested a copy of same.
Aire One refused! No acknowledgement, nor explanation given!!
Instead of being happy, that I took responsibility for my account, and being sure that it was looked after in the event of my death, Aire One chose to ignore me!
This is the worst customer service I've ever received in my life!
I certainly, will never recommend Aire One to anybody!!
