    Furnace maintanance

    Adam did a through job checking our furnace. He explained all his work and was professional. Air One is fortunate to have such a great team member in their business.

    Furnace and A/C installation

    Our furnace was tagged out of service by the big furnace and hot water heater rental company, but they would not do anything about it for two days. Adam from Aire One called me 30 minutes after I contacted him He knew I was without heat, just 2 days before Christmas. Adam was able to set me up with an available rebate and saved us money. Mackenzie and Jordan came to our house the same day that we talked to Adam and installed our furnace so we would not be without heat. They were very professional and did outstanding work. Fast and top quality. Answered any and all of my concerns. They are welcome in my house anytime. I was a long time big furnace and hot water rental company customer but after what Aire One did for me here, I will never go back. Thank you Aire One for being there for us.

    Water Heater

    No issues to speak off, very professional and done in timely manner. I would recommend Air One to family and friends. I have noticed the difference between the old and new water heater.

    Service

    Eric came and identified the problem right away and ordered the necessary part. A few days later, Adam came and installed it quickly and efficiently. Thank you for such great service.

    Furnace maintenance

    Troy from Aire One completed annual maintenance on our furnace today. He arrived punctually within given time frame, and completed his task in a highly professional manner. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions. Troy was very polite and personable, while working efficiently, leaving us completely satisfied with the experience.

    Furnace, air conditioner and water softener replacement

    Happy to recommend Aire One KW after they replaced our furnace and water softener. Flo and Dave and team were professional and showed a breath of knowledge and experience solving a number of unexpected issues that came up during install. In addition they informed us in detail of concerns we need to forward to gas company. They were approachable and took all the time needed to answers and address any concerns. Rick was easy to deal with during the sales processes and pricing was competitive.

    Service - Furnace

    I had a small problem with my furnace so telephoned Aire-One and spoke to Manu who was very nice. Darren, a technician with Aire-One, arrived right on time and fixed "the small problem" quickly. He also checked out the rest of my furnace and checked the filter to make sure it was in properly. Aire-one is lucky to have such good employees as Manu and Darren. I also talked to Kevin, the owner of Aire-One and he was excellent also. I have an insurance plan with Aire-One and I'm happy to have it. I didn't pay for this service call.

    Great service

    Our furnace was in need of a repair and due to the cost and age we decided to replace it. Tariq and Hamed came for the replacement and did an efficient and timely job and took care to clean up and take all materials away from the new furnace, as well as the old one. Thank you for a job well done. All just before Christmas.

    New HVAC install with humidifier and iWave

    The installers Mackenzie and Jordan showed up on time, worked efficiently and with great care for quality. They followed Covid safety precautions to keep everyone safe. The home was left as it was found with a professional installation and very comfortable clean air. From the first call to the installation the staff were very helpful and responsive.

    Furnace Humidifier

    Quick and easy install. They offered me a good price compared to other quotes I received. The installers were in and out nice an quick. Did a great job with install and explaining how the new system worked. Overall a great experience. I would recommend them again easily.
