    Check humidifier

    Adam was terrific. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He not only checked the system but explained how it worked and made recommendations to better enjoy the house combined with some scientific facts. Will definitely ask for him if we need service for the furnace or air conditioner or humidifier. Paid only for the filter.

    Furnice and Aircondition

    My Furnace and Aircontioner was bought from Aire One KW. I had prompt and friendly service. From the sales person to the installers And the service man that checked the furnace today. I am glad I choose Aire One.

    Repairs completed

    Aire one Heating & Cooling KW was able to rectify the issues with my furnace and the repairs and now the furnace is back up and running without any additional issues.

    Filter purchaes

    I'm come into the store. Met with Jason. He was friendly polite and extremely helpful. He assist with filters would recommend everyone to go and see him with all purchases

    Humidifier

    Darren did a wonderful job on our humidifier. Almost instantly noticed a difference in humidity levels. He made sure everything was neat and level. He used drop sheets and cleaned up after

    Service furnace

    Ricardo did a five star job, he was polite, knowledgeable and service the furnace. He wore a mask correctly, he had shoe covers and did forget to provide a new filter.

    Humidifier

    We had a new furnace and a/c install and serviced by Aire One, always on time and friendly professional, decided to invest in a humidifier for the furnace, the serviceman was knowledgeable and tidy... always a positive experience

    Furnace and air conditioning service review

    I had service technician Dave come out today. He was a great guy very kind and professional. He sure made me feel comfortable in my home wearing his mask. He gave me an honest opinion on my furnace. I trust air one and will continue to buy products and have their service provided.

    Furnace Yearly Mainenance

    As with any technician with whom I have dealt with at Aire One, Matt was professional, efficient, courteous and friendly. Cognizant of the COVID crisis he followed all required protocols ensuring both his safety and that of the household. He performed the yearly furnace/ humidifier maintenance reminding me that the air ducts were due for cleaning and the recommended time frame for having them done. He asked if I had any questions or concerns and upon leaving left everything clean and neat. This service is included in the yearly protection plan cost.
