    Furnace inspection

    Friendly and professional service. Technicians were very respectful. Inspected and cleaned. Diagnosed sensor issue. Will have installer do repair under warranty. Offered protection plan without pushy selling tactics. Spent an adequate amount of time working, considering I hired them because of a coupon. I will definitely use AireOne in the future for my HVAC needs.

    Semi annual furnace maintenance

    Troy was in today to do my semi annual maintenance on my furnace. True to their word he arrived within the time allotted to me. Troy was possibly the most thorough aire one employee we have had. He explained everything in detail after he had completed the work. He was very friendly and his customer service skills were excellent. I am on a contract with aire one for maintenance ( which I would highly recommend) and Troy brought all of the replacement products I require twice a year. He also recommended a few things that we are considering, without the annoying sales push. Very happy with his visit.

    Furnace inspection and tune up

    On time, professional technician and very thorough. No surprises. Robert took proper Covid measures as well. He called prior to arrival and spent about 1 hour for the furnace check. Pleasant ,professional and a great ambassador for this company.

    I am very pleased with the service I rcv'd From the time of phone call to the time Technician Sean arrived. He was friendly, and polite. After figuring out the problem, he connected his Manager Brady, and I was happy and relieved to be infgormrd that the necessary repair would be completed under Warranty Thank you Sean and Brady

    Great Service

    Had a furnace and AC tuneup today. Bill and a colleague came in time with prior notification, were polite, professional, patient and even helpful with questions. Sure One had not disappointed me yet and it had been several years with my new furnace and AC. Great company.

    Fixed my dead A/C

    Great experience with Aire One Barrie. Our A/C stopped working over the weekend and a technician was able to come out Monday afternoon. The HVAC technician (Michael) called to let us know he was running late (just by a few minutes), was polite, knowledgeable and had the A/C running almost immediately (bad capacitor). He also topped up refrigerant, washed the pollen build up out of the grill and explained everything he was doing. Fast and no hassle. Will definitely call this company again for future HVAC needs.

    Service

    Troy came to do a furnace inspection and found a major problem. He was very helpful and explained all my options - got a price to fix it but in the end I opted for getting a new furnace. He was exceptionally polite and answered all my questions and even arranged to have a salesperson come. Thank you.

    Furnace and A/C Inspection

    Service Contract: Technicians arrived within scheduled time slot. Performed required measurements on both furnace and A/C. Reviewed all findings with me, with suggestions for humidifier (if required) and potential for rental of water heater through Aire One. Tasks were complete within one hour. Technicians wore face masks and left area clean.

    Dave was awesome!

    Dave was very friendly and helpful! It's nice to have some excellent service these days. He made sure he explained everything and recommended some options, but wasn't pushy about it at all.

    Excellent Service to Damaged Furnace Exhaust

    Dave C. assessed the damage to my furnace exhaust pipes that were knocked off the side of my house when a trailer was accidentally backed into them. His assessment was that the repair couldn't be done on the exterior of the house, that the damage was more complicated and that but he would have to repair from the inside. He communicated the issue well, ordered the parts immediately. Based on his knowledge and skills, I'm confident he will do an excellent job when he returns to do the repair next week.
