    Tech was excellent. Very meticulous in his work and polite with us. Explained everything he was doing. Tell him to keep up the good work. Went over the final inspection report

    Water heater

    Very professional and quick. Techs were very nice and helpful to answer all my questions. They cleaned the basement very well considering that my old water heater was leaking water everywhere prior to calling them to replace it.

    Water heater replaced

    I rent water heater from Kitchener utilities and they came with in 2 hours of being called I was impressed thought it would have been at the end time frame

    A/C Maintenance

    The sevice rep. was very knowledgable. He completed his entire checklist quickly and efficiently. He right away told me there is no charge as I have aCPP. Thanks Logan and Aire one.

    Furnace repair and A/C warranty check

    Peter arrived during the ranged hours, was polite and helpful as he diagnosed the source of the furnace noise and ordered the part. He was thorough in his check of the furnace and the air conditioner, and explained his findings. I appreciated his knowledge, his technical skill and his pleasant manner. Peter is an excellent representative for Aire One!

    Aire One a complete Heating Cooling Company

    We had our Air-conditioning serviced today by Peter from AirOne . Peter was on time and completed his work in a timely fashion. Peter kept me advised as to what he was doing, and made a few suggestions as to how best to keep our system running well. We have been a customer of Aire One for almost 10 years and have been very satisfied with the Service we have received.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Tune-Up

    When Aire One called to arrange my yearly Furnace and Air Conditioner tune-up, they gave me lots of flexibility vis a vis the time for the technician to complete the job. The technician, Jacob, arrived at the time agreed to, and was very polite and efficient. He tested all relevant components on my furnace and air conditioner, and asked me if I had any questions. He did not rush through the job, and made me feel like the tune-up was truly his first priority. What made this visit so special occurred when Jacob went outside to check the central air unit, and when he was inspecting the unit, he noticed that two baby bunnies had fallen into one of my window wells(adjacent to the air conditioner) and were clearly unable to get out. He came inside to let me know that this had happened, and the two of us problem solved and were able to save the two baby bunnies. I was incredibly impressed by Jacob’s compassion and willingness to help me rescue the bunnies. The entire experience was very pleasant, and I was very happy with this young man’s professionalism, friendliness, competence and compassion. Jacob reflects very well on his employer, and I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing to buy or service their furnace and/or air conditioner.

    Central air conditioner

    Service was amazing I absolutely love these guys. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for heating and cooling specialist. They are always friendly and very professional. Always on time for any type of installation or service work.

    Heating

    It was under warranty it didn't take the technician too long before diagnosis the problem and he did make sure the problem is solved before he left on top of the he was very friendly.

    Furnace and A/C maintenance

    Jamie came this morning to inspect our furnace and air conditioning unit. He did a thorough job -- he is knowledgeable and quite friendly as well. He pointed out an issue that we were unaware of, but need to get resolved.
