    Service maintenance

    A year ago I was nstalled a new furnace and air conditioning unit as the old ones were faulting.. I wanted to keep these units for n tip top shape . The service reps were informative as well as prompt and courteous would highly eecomwnd

    Air conditioner

    Sean was our service person and he was very pleasant and thorough. We were very happy with the service. The appointment was easy to set up and Sean was on time.

    maintenance

    James arrived right on time, knew exactly what he was doing re checking the air conditioner for its annual maintenance. He was very polite and even took his shoes off before coming into the house. I was very pleased with his service and strongly recommend him.

    Air conditioning

    Sean came and started my up my new conditioner. Great service. Punctual and he went above and beyond what I expected. Super friendly too! Great job! A very pleased customer.

    Review

    The technician who came for our annual maintenance was very friendly. He rectified the furnace problem that the previous technician made. He also made recommendations for cleaner air in our home.

    Furnace and AC installation

    We have enjoyed our new Aire One furnace & AC since it was installed 4 yrs ago Trouble free. All the staff are professional friendly people answering all my questions and they knew their products thoroughly and said so confidently. I am glad to recommend Aire One to my friends Jake

    Humidifier installed

    We have many Aire one products. We are very pleased with the service we receive when needed. Junior was the installer today of the humidifier. He called us down stairs when completed and explained everything to us. Also went the extra mile to check HRV, changed furnace filter, explained how all units work together, reminding us to check intake vent. He was polite and very informative . We appreciate his expertise.

    furnace and A/C

    Aire One made replacing my furnace and A/C an easy process. My technicians were awesome (Bill and Warren) and the job was completed in a friendly and courteous manner. Job site was cleaned up and looked great once completed. Thanks .

    Service

    On our yearly maintenance the service tech noticed that our Ventor motor needed to be replaced. The Ventor motor was installed under warranty as present one was recalled. Service tech was quick and efficient. Nice young man..very polite! I'm happy to have the yearly service plan. Paying it monthly is no hardship..and I feel good knowing the major mechanicals in my home are looked after professionally.

    AC maintanance/Service

    James was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave some advice about things to look out for with my furnace and AC as well, would recommend and use again.
