Furnace and air conditioning
We are very satisfied with the service that was provided and the product as well . The 2gentleman that installed our furnace and air conditioning were very thorough . They explained everything to us and did a very good clean up job.

Furnace
We were having problems with our old furnace and I called the service number for help. They came within hrs of the call and was able to get our heat up and running again. We decided to replace our furnace and they helped us choose the right one for our family and home. They were able to work with our busy schedule and the installers were very professional. I'd recommend then to any of my family or friends.

new Furnace/AC & Installation
Got my quote from Mike at AireOne KW- added up the rebates/incentives and decided to update my systems. They were getting older and starting to make noises and cause problems. The workmanship that Andy and Rick did was perfect. Very much attention to detail, and I appreciate that - cause I'm like that. You don' t find too many people who care much anymore. Clean, neat and compact (everything tucked together) - great job guys! So far the furnace is working perfectly, except it's a little too quiet when fan is in the 'ON' mode - YES, I said too quiet. I like to have some 'white' noise while fan is ON. As for the AC, well, too cold to say right now, but anxious to test it out! ...so far, so good! Thanks to everyone at AireOne KW

Intalled Carrier HP Furnace and Air Conditioner
Received a very competitive Quote from Rick. He explained the terms very clearly and helped me choose the right combinations according to my needs. It was installed the very next day by competent technicians. They also cleaned up the place nicely.

Furnace / AC Install
Aire One was recommended to us by friends. They responded to our request for a quote quickly. They were very helpful with informing us of all the rebates available and helped us to set up the proper audits to qualify for the rebates. MIke was informative and answered all our questions. Install crew was friendly and efficient.

Furnace + Air Conditioning Unit
Aire One responded quickly to my call, had a rep out to my home the following day. Installers showed up on the day and time they said they would. I'm a little confused on the filter messages; but will pop into the Kitchener store to ask questions.

Furnace Install
We were very satisfied with the customer service and speed of installation. We have recommended Aire One Heating to other family and friends and have also recommended the use of April Air Humidifiers that we had installed by Aire One last year.

very happy with the furnace, A/C, Water softener, I would strongly encourage everybody to have it change . The A/C works very well in the summer and the furnace works very well in the cold days. Finally we have water softener tank and it is a big help.

Furnace & A/C
Had my furnace and A/C replace and am very happy with the service. The heat and A/C work flawlessly. I now get heat up to the third floor of my house and attribute it to the new York modulating furnace that was installed. I would recommend them without hesitation. There installer were top rate and answered all my questions. Thanks again, Marco

furance
we needed a new furnace, the men that installed it did a very good job considering the furnace that was to be installed did not fit and they arranged for the proper one. If we have any reservations about this company it would be the original contact .
