    Furnace and air-conditioning

    Furnace and air-conditioning Having water problems with their furnace our first call was to aireone and proved to be the only call needed. We met with Rick on Saturday and discussed our options that best suited our needs. Then on Monday they had two of their professional , courteous installers complete the work and left no mess. And they looked after all the rebates. Great job. Murray b

    Install new furnace and air conditioner

    Just installed today. YorkYP9C-0100 furnace and York YCG-036 air conditioner. Extremely pleased with furnace as it performs exactly as promised. Had cold upstairs in house and I notice difference already; upstairs is much more comfortable. Have not tried air conditioner yet as it is -6 right now. Rick was great at describing what I would need and he was right on in his suggestions. He is very trustworthy and knowledgable about heating and cooling The installers were very professional in their work and skills. The install both inside and out reflects their knowledge and abilities. They cleaned up when finished and I cannot complement them enough for a job well done' I would highly recommend Aire One for quality of product and staff

    Furnace Replacement and A/C install

    Our motor on our 10 yo furnace's exhaust motor started failing intermittently shutting down the whole furnace in Winter. After shopping around we decided to go with Aire One to replace the furnace and install central air conditioning. The work was completed in one day. The workers were very nice and worked diligently, including having to running lines through our narrow crawl space. After they were done they reviewed how every aspect of the new installation clearly with me.

    Replaced old furnace

    My furnace was replaced by AireOne and the crew was super efficient! From getting a quote to installation the process was effortless. The team really ensured I had full support of any questions or concerns I had. The new furnace is superb and I highly recommend the upgrade with the filter unit as it has definitely reduced the dust just as they said it would. Thank you Colin and Andy!

    Furnace, air conditioning and water heater

    Aire One completed their work professionally and quickly. Everything was explained clearly about the running of the new equipment and how the rebates would come. They also took care of all the paper work for warranty and rebates which I was thrilled about.

    Furnace

    Our furnace broke Tuesday night, we had a quote from Air One on Wednesday and the furnace was installed on Thursday. Everyone that came to our home was very helpful and polite. We will continue to use Air One and recommend them to our friends. Kitchener, Ontario

    Furnace and air conditioning

    Found out the furnace motor was broken on a minus 20 day. We had called Aire one and they were here immediately and had a new one installed the next day. They were a very professional company and individuals. We would recommend them anytime.

    Furnace and A/C installation

    Our old furnace (25 yrs) stopped working sometime Wednesday night. I called Aire One first thing Thursday morning and they had a technician out in a couple of hours to diagnose the problem. It was determined that a new furnace was in order. We decided to have central air installed as well. The rebates made the decision an easy one. The install techs showed up first thing Friday morning. They were very courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. We can't wait to try out the central air this summer. Thanks Aire One for the fantastic deal/installation.

    Furnace and AC

    Great quick service over a holiday weekend, they fixed the previous welding too, and we got a really quiet furnace and AC that make our life better. Definitely will recommend it.

    Furnace and AC and extended warranty

    I have been satisfied with our AC and furnace running smoothly, until I found out that they were dishonest about the transfer of our purchased 10 year warranty. We told the salesman and receptionist that we were planning on moving within a few years, and were told that as long as we continue to pay do the yearly maintenance with Aireone it is transferable-which I just found out is untrue and it does not say that anywhere on the contract. Very happy with the service until that costed us a lot of extra money. Spending the $300+ a year extra to keep the warranty for new owners to have but can't is a lot of money wasted. I never write reviews, but this one really upset me. We will not be using Aireone for our new home or recommending due to their dishonesty.
