    Very Happy With Service

    Recently we had a maintenance check done on our furnace and signed up for the monthly maintenance plan. Since then we heard a squeaking sound coming when the fan went off so my husband contacted Aire One on Monday and a technician came out on Tuesday. They checked everything out and said everything was fine and the squeak was fairly normal with a high compression system and would disappear. They suggested replacing the filter every three months. My husband was quite pleased with both their visit and would give them a ten (10).

    Humidifier

    Installer was efficient, courteous, and arrived on time as scheduled. Aireone followed up after the installation. Very satisfied with installation. The technician which was here was great. He answered all of my questions.

    Annual service

    Chris came to do the annual service ...he was fast , courteous and very through...He asked questions of us to ensure we were happy with the Equipment...and followed up with a solution... Very nice guy ... welcomed back on any service... Mike

    furnace and air conditioner replacement

    The technicians Junior and Eric were great. Very knowledgeable and very polite. They answered all of my questions and I knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves.A1

    Thermostat/Furnace Repair

    I was super impressed with the speedy and excellent service provided by Cyrus and Chris to repair my thermostat and get my furnace going again. I called for a repair service around 9:00 pm and Cyrus was at my door within a half hour. Wow! Talk about a fast response. Although he did not have the part needed immediately onhand he was able to get my furnace going to provide me with heat until Chris was able to come first thing the next morning to install and hook up my new thermostat to my furnace. Both repair technicians were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and great at their jobs. I would highly recommend Aire One for any heating or cooling repair needs and will continue to count on them in the future as my first point of contact. Thank you again for the wonderful and very prompt service!! Much appreciated especially in January!!

    Furnace and A/C replacement

    When the temperatute is -14 the last thing one needs on a weekend is for your furnace to stop but that happened on January 7, 2017. i am blessed with some good neighbours and one of them came to check out the furnace and fortunately his son Colin Macdonal works for Aire One. Colin was soon at my home that day to tell me the bad news; the furnace needed to be replaced. Early Monday morning two wonderful young men started the installation of a new furmace and A/C. Both were very competant at their jobs and did a great job of answering my questions, and explaining all the details of the new machinery. I wish to thank Colin, Warren and Bill for their professionalism.

    Annual Furnace Inspection

    Mike, the technician was great. He was very polite, courteous , well spoken and seemed very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with. I'm glad we bought the monthly service plan; its well worth it. So much so that we just upgraded to the plan that includes repairs in addition to the annual inspection.

    Happy Customers

    We switched from a mid efficiency furnace of 12 years old and had a couple of major costs over this time. We decided to upgrade to a new high efficiency furnace and chose the York top grade modulating furness as well as an up graded air conditioner. We have been very pleased with their performance especially the furness. Our house maintains an even heat and the quiet operation is a real plus also. Excellent products and service.

    heating and cooling

    One night, our furnace started banging like something was hitting a fan. I called Aire One the next morning and they had a guy come out and access the issue. The motor had blown apart since it was extremely old. An appointment was made to have someone come out and give us quotes on the new parts. Everything was explained to us and we even had to have the old furnace removed and our water tank had to be moved over in order to have it installed. The air conditioner was also replaced as it was as old as the furnace, so get it all done at once. Even though the guys that worked on the replacement on both units were here all day, they were very polite, considerate and thorough, and helpful in getting a government rebate forms for submitting. II was a necessary task and it was handled very well.
