    Heat Exchange/Recovery system replacement

    Very happy with Aire One removal of old and installation of a new Heat Exchange/Recovery unit. The installers were very professional and thorough and left they installation area spotless. We are very happy with this unit.

    furnace

    Sales person knowledgeable and professional - installation smooth and polite. Recommend company to those who are looking for a good product and service. No more to say must reach word count by now! This survey is difficult to fill out

    Heating and air conditioning

    The sales representative was amazing in assessing our situation and providing us with options. The workmen were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. By the time they left there was no mess and they were able to address any questions and concerns. The company set up an appointment with the ESA at their own cost to ensure that everything was up to code and safety concerns. I am very impressed with their services.

    New central air conditioner.

    The Aire One team worked together for my new A/C! In September, Kory said I needed to replace my old 25 years+ A/C, Matt sold me my new one, and in October, Eric and Nelson installed it. Everyone concerned at Aire One did an excellent service! Miklos

    Heating and air conditioning

    We called Aire One to come out and do a pre winter furnace inspection. The technician explained to us that the furnace needed about $900.00 in repairs. It was 16 years old and might not have lasted the winter. We had Colin come in and he recommended the right size furnace and air conditioner for our house. The installers showed up right on time, did a great job considering they had to work in a crawl space. The job was completed on time and they did a great job and left no mess. Definitely will recommend Aire One to friends and family.

    furnace and air conditioner

    Air conditioner broke down late in the day. We called Aire One and they came that night. Service was completed the next day. They installed new furnace and air conditioner. No Problems , cleaned up, very friendly and completely satisfied. We would recommend Aire One to anyone that needs their service

    New furnace / a.c. Duct work installed.

    The whole job was done in a timely and professional manner, completed as discussed with the salesman when he said it would be done.the installers were knowledgeable and as neat as possible. They explained any and all of our questions carefully and clearly. I would recommend this co.to anyone.

    Furnace install

    Furnace blower was go on 10 year furnace and was replaced with a new high efficiency model. The install went well and we are happy with the new furnace. Good experience.

    Furnace, AC, WATER HEATER

    All in all very satisfied so far with the installation and operation of all items . Everything working well. The guys that did all the installations were knowledgable and friendly/respectable. I would definitely refer Aire One in Kitchener to family and friends.

    Service

    This was our 2nd annual furnace tune-up & maintenance. Was pleased that this year the service tech took time to make sure we were happy with the way our unit was running. Made some adjustments for better airflow to reach top floor of the house. Mentioned this concern to the Aire One installers & techs in the past basically gAve us the brush off, told us that's just the way it is & nothing could be done. Thanks for listening Chris & taking our concerns seriously.... actually going upstairs to check the vents yourself & making sure things were as they should be.
