    Furnace and AC Installation

    Aire One offered a very fast and professional quote and installation. We had our new furnace and AC installed within a few days of meeting with them. All just before Christmas on top of it all. Only complaint is that we would of liked to have the fine print of the warranty gone over with us ahead of time instead of being asked to sign after the installation was complete. Other than that is was a great and very professional experience.

    Furnace and tankless water heater

    installation was quick and tidy, did not have to make any call backs. We received everything we were quoted and have since signed up for both the furnace and air conditioning tune up plans. The technicians that have come for the tuneups have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable

    Furnace and AC package

    I found Aire One after a lot of research. My furnace was 22 years old, and while still functioning, I realized its days were numbered. And I didn't want it to fail on me when it is -27 in February. Add to that the government and gas company rebates, I figured now is the best time to replace it. Mike Zuliani of Aire One KW explained my best options and gave me a very competitive quote. He arranged everything and the installation was impeccable, done by Warren and Bill. I am very picky and their attention to detail really stood out. And I cannot tell they were even here. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. Actually I can tell. I have a very warm cozy home and I can barely hear the new furnace. I am extremely pleased with my new furnace and the installation. I also had AC installed at the same time for the rebates. I highly recommend Mike and Aire One!

    Replacement furnace and air conditioner

    From first call to installation the service was excellent. Did what was promised, on time and in a friendly and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Aire One to family and friends.

    Furnace and air conditioner install

    Was very pleased with the service I received from air one. From the day I got a price from Kevin the manager to the techs that installed the two units. I would highly recommend these guys and have been happy with the new equipment.

    New furnace

    My furnace died after 25 years and Mike Zuliani from Aireone Kitchener Waterloo was fantastic soo friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Just in time for winter! And installer was fantastic .Highly recommended!! Thank you so much!

    instalation

    i was happy with everything. The Technical person was extremely helpful in walking me through the process of how to set up the thermostate. I was also unawear that that i shouldnt cover my airconditioner. he suggested that i only put a board over the top. very helpful info. They also kept everything clean and tidy

    Heating and Air Conditioning

    We went through the estimates process and decided to go with Aire One. From the sales pitch to the install Aire One was prompt and efficient. The only downfall we experienced was that there were some issues with the install but they were corrected immediately. Everything is working as it should and the house is comfy!

    Water heater installation

    Our water heater leaked, so we called City of Kitchener who deals with Aire One KW Homestars. Charlie and César came to install our new one water heater and they were very professional and polite. They were also knowledgeable and did a really good clean looking job and cleaned up after the job was done.

    New Furnace

    Installation workers did a quick and efficient job. When rebate inspector came, he detected a faint gas smell which they came back for and fixed at no cost. Was disappointed upon initial consultation/visit that I was charged for an $80 service call despite not being told about the fee over the phone, this was credited off of my furnace purchase price but only because I bought with them.
