He is our accountant that picks up overflow calls when the other representatives are on the phone. On the same note, he has been with our company for the past 2 years. After speaking with Keith, he did advise me that the other worker (Chris) that day wasn't feeling the best and believe he was getting a head cold. I did not know that the day of the move. All our crews are full time workers of our company and are skilled movers. I guess that not feeling so well that day made you think that he wasn't a skilled worker. I apologize if there was inconvenience and I thank you for your review. If there is anything else you would like to discuss, please feel free to call anytime.
