    Moving

    Excellent results with this company. They were punctual and took great pride and care of our belongings. All items moved were in the same condition as they were prior to moving. We would highly recommend this moving company to anyone we know moving.

    Move from Brampton to Oakville

    Simply put I used these guys twice, I did a 2 part move from Brampton to storage to Oakville and the service was great on both trips. I had 2 different crews but the same excellent service. I've already recommened Ultimate Choice Movers, they take the stress out of the day and as far as I am concerned money well spent!

    Moving Scarborugh to Pickering

    Moved on December 29 from Scarb. to Pickering (15 KM ) Mover came on time, as requested, even thought it was the coldest day, temperature was -20 Cel and -26 with wind factor. I had a good team, Mark, Cody, and Keith, they work hard and efficient. Wrapped my furniture,brought hanger boxes and put runners on the floor and tried their best to minimize carpet damage. I was buying and selling and closing on the same day, so it was improtant to rely on the movers, and they met my expectations. The key was delayed and they waited in the truck in the cold weather until the agent brought the key ( 1 hour late) and they did not chareg extra for the wait. I was moving from a 3 bedroom house, so I thought the 24 feet truck would not fit, but they packed it thight and every thing fit, with no damage to furniture. Over all I am very happy and would use them again. The only surprise, is I had to pay GST (~$34), which I was not told about until moving day.

I am glad that you now see that everything I told you was correct and took that fear away from you about movers. The only unfortunate part of the day was that you had to pay the GST. I wish this was a charge that we could avoid but unfortuately we cannot do that. All jobs are to have taxes added on. With that being said, I am sure that you understand that aspect of your move.     In city move

    Perhaps I've been spoiled in the past with a number of company paid moves with the national companies so my expectations were high. The guys showed up later than expected and with a smaller truck then what was ordered. Pleasant workers but they had been up to 1am the day before on another job so were a bit tired and slower. Stuff got moved with some minor damage but nothing that made my wife cry. In the end they had to make two trips b/c of the smaller truck but credited me the travel time to do so. I'd probably use them again.

This was the reason for the smaller truck. You were scheduled for a 30ft truck but we sent the 24ft with the compensation paid for the 2nd trip. As per our movers notes, the 30ft truck would not have been large enough to accomodate your moving requirements but in good faith we gave you the discount. I am happy that you rated our company 8 points based on our service. At Ultimate Movers we strive for customer satisfaction and we are glad that you would give us the opportunity to move you again.     Moving Services

    Ultimate Choice Movers were recommended by a close friend. We were extremely happy with them. Phyllis, in the office was great right from the start. The team of guys were phenomenal. They took great care and attention is wrapping up our furniture and loading it all in the truck. They followed me to our new house and they did not exceed 40km/hour so that they wouldn't knock the furniture around in the truck. The move took longer than anticipated (12 hours), but the guys did not show any signs of tiredness or exhaustion. They were always friendly and upbeat. We moved 9 rooms of furniture and all household items and only one dining room chair was broken. Phyllis at the office was right on top of it the next day to get it repaired at their expense. All the china and plates made it with nothing broken or cracked. Ultimate Choice Movers were honest and friendly through our whole moving process and priced just right. I highly recommend them!!!

    Moving

    I am writing to let you know that I was very satisfied with the services received from Ultimate Movers. From the first contact with the staff and the owner of the company I was impressed with their professionalism and attitude. The entire crew that was sent to our home was cordial, professional and really knew what they were doing. Everything with the move went smoothly. I would have no hesitations in referring Ultimate Movers to anyone I know that is moving.

    Move from 3brdm apt to house

    My wife and I moved from our 3 bedroom apartment (on the second and third floor of a house) across the city into our new home (a bungalow) in September. The guys were about an hour later showing up than I had expected. This was partially due to an address typo that I had corrected with their reservations people a few days prior, but apparently wasn't actually clearly communicated to the guys driving the truck. The guys were ok. One guy was an employee and he was pretty good. The second was apparently not an employee, and was just helping out because they needed some extra bodies. He wasn't very professional. He swore under his breath repeatedly, and complained about the way our stuff was packed (his complaints were valid, but not exactly useful) The actual move went fine. I saw a couple of boxes fall on the way to the truck, but nothing that was fragile, and nothing was broken. The truck was packed securely. Unloading went fine. Overall, Ultimate Choice were ok. If I could do it over again, I would have rented a truck and done the move with friends.

    Moving

    We had some headaches with house closing and they had to move our furniture into storage and then 3 days later move it to our new house. They were able to schedule the unexpected move and worked until midnight to get the move complete. They were a little late, but not their fault. A few small floor scratches, but their repair man was able to fix them without any visible signs. Overall they were a pleasure to deal with.

    Moving

    Beyond belief movers. From start to finish they did a wonderful job. All are helpful and knowledgeable of their job. Thanks for all your help. We will recommend you to all our family and friends. Have a very Merry Christmas from our family to yours.
