I know personally I had a lot of convincing you and your family during the inhome estimation about our services. I am glad that you now see that everything I told you was correct and took that fear away from you about movers. The only unfortunate part of the day was that you had to pay the GST. I wish this was a charge that we could avoid but unfortuately we cannot do that. All jobs are to have taxes added on. With that being said, I am sure that you understand that aspect of your move. Reply created 6 Feb 2010Dear Mr. B: As discussed on moving day, we are very sorry about showing up 1 hour late. We had a problem with the truck that was scheduled for your move. This was the reason for the smaller truck. You were scheduled for a 30ft truck but we sent the 24ft with the compensation paid for the 2nd trip. As per our movers notes, the 30ft truck would not have been large enough to accomodate your moving requirements but in good faith we gave you the discount. I am happy that you rated our company 8 points based on our service. At Ultimate Movers we strive for customer satisfaction and we are glad that you would give us the opportunity to move you again. The person you are referring to has worked with our company part time for the past 5 years. I am glad though that you were happy with the move itself. We do aim for customer satisfaction.
