    Moving

    My movers Kevin, Chester and Shelly were great! They knew what needed to be done and did it quickly, effeciently and professionally. They were friendly and had a sense of humour which made the day go by quickly! They were the best! Michelle was also great as she was very attentive to my needs! Thanks guys!!! I will definitely refer you to others!!!

    House Move

    I had a successful small move with Ultimate Choice Movers. They showed up on time, brought two wardrobes, wrapped the furniture (even the Ikea stuff) and worked hard to complete the job in 3 hrs. I was pleased and would hire this company again (although I hope this will be my last move in a while!) Customer service is great, I had a nice chat with a very friendly lady on the phone. Keep up the great work!

    Residential Move

    First, you will deal directly with the owners - Michelle and Keith - professional and knowledgeable - who certainly know what customer service means. If you go to their website - http://www.allchoicemovers.com/index.html there are promotions/free stuff like coupons for free boxes or discounts off your move. Always appreciated! Since I have used Ultimate Choice twice for residential moves, my comments are: Both crews were excellent (recent move was June 16/10). Very friendly, accommodating to the circumstances, considerate, and respectful to me and my furniture. This is two moves that have gone extremely well - except the timing for the length of the move - definitely longer than the estimate, but the crew still maintained their standards and professionalism right to the very end of a very long day. A moving company that is reliable, friendly, and focused on quality customer service.

    Moving to a new house

    They took care of all my personal belongings and didn't damage anything. I was impressed by how quickly, yet meticulously, they worked. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to move.

    House moving company

    I have moved three times in 12 years with the same company. They were affordable and respectful then and are still today. The staff are very professional and always complete the job on time. I continue to refer them to family and friends. They are indeed the "ultimate choice".

    Moving

    A friend told me about Ultimate Movers and I decided to try it. Couldn't have done a better choice. The movers were really nice, helpful, and even got to my place early. For sure, I'll recommend it to any one else.

    Moving

    We moved with Ultimate Choice. Our move was from a three-bedroom into a four-bedroom in the same neighbourhood. We had a pre-move visit from Keith and a quote based on his inventory of our house. The overall move took much longer than expected but Michelle was in communication with all during the day. She stood by original estimate (with an extra hour built in, which seemed fair given that the overall move took several hours longer than that). Michelle was even willing to honour a coupon for $50 off, even though much more time had been spent. We didn't end up using it but did appreciate that she was willing to honour it. We were very nervous through the day as the time got longer and longer that the company would try to charge us much more than the quote but that didn't happen. We also had another stop to make, and they billed us for that travel time separately rather than rolling it into one (and therefore charging us much more). Other than the extra time it took, the move itself went smoothly and we were happy with the results.

    Moving furniture

    I had to move several pieces of furniture into my newly renovated downtown row house and called Ultimate Choice based on their positive HomeStars reviews. The movers were prompt and very courteous. Even though this was a small move they treated the move in a very professional manner. My two floor home has a very narrow stairway that I expected to create a problem. But the movers were great, they lugged all my bedroom furniture upstairs, while taking incredible care to avoid causing damage to the furniture or the house. One piece in particular is quite large, but they amazingly negotiated up the stairs without incident. I was convinced they couldn't do it, but they proved me wrong. Overall I'm very impressed with Ultimate Choice Movers. They were reasonably priced, provided a contract before the move, and have very skilled employees doing the heavy-lifting. I would highly recommend this company based on my move.

    Moving Service

    Hi Michelle, I have been meaning to send you a note to let you know that the move went really well. Unfortunately I did not get the names of the 2 guys, but the taller one went above and beyond. He was delightful to deal with, quite efficient, careful with our belongings and helped with things like the bed frames. The shorter guy seemed a little slower and less confident, but was still pleasant and cautious with our stuff. These two guys had a very long day and really were consistently great to deal with. I will not hesitate to recommend Ultimate Movers to my friends and am very grateful to you for all your help with making the arrangements. Have a great day. Lucinda

    moving

    Professional, Courteous, experienced, reliable, honest and friendly. Few movers have made a good impression on me and this company is the first one to have given me the comfort of knowing that my next move should not be stressful or painful. Thumbs up!!
