    Purchased wood flooring

    Alliance ordered the wood in and I installed it. Very friendly and helpful. I would buy from them again

    Supply flooring

    Alliance supplied flooring which was in low supply and high demand. The product quality is very good and the price was very good.

    Basement leveling & glued engineered hardwood install

    Very happy with the work by Rudi, Bob and Lehel. We wanted to have oak engineered hardwood in the basement, but wanted it glued down direct to concrete. Rudi did a fantastic job on the leveling and patching of the concrete and Bob took great care in the installation. They were able to accommodate a small alteration at late notice and took care to ensure we were happy with the work. There were a couple of spots where the glue didn't take, and Lehel (the owner) and Bob came back right away to address. Communication was always clear and prompt. Great storefront to purchase materials and installation from. Thanks for the great work!

    Condo Engineered Hardwood

    I would certainly recommend Alliance Floor Source for any job to do with engineered hardwood installation. Timea was my first contact at the store's location and I immediately got lots of information about flooring options. We also checked out a couple of other flooring companies but there was no doubt that Alliance was the one to choose. We received great advice and information (about choices, widths, care, etc) in order to make the best decision about our flooring needs. Lehel was very knowledgable and answered any question that I had. The old carpet was removed and concrete levelling had to be done first before the floor could be laid. Great job by Rudi. The condo had several angles to work around so it presented a challenge about how much wood to order. I knew we would end up with extra wood but the installers did such amazing and efficient work that we needed up with more than needed (Thanks, Bob). Alliance offered us a win-win resolution for the extra hardwood we had to purchase. We're very pleased with our new Canadian made 4 1/2 inch wide flooring. Looks great!

    Bought hardwood for bedrooms.

    In fact there was no work in my case but a straight sale of necessary materials. My wife and I felt so relieved dealing with all their staff and definitely go there again for future projects.

    Flooring for a master bedroom

    I came with a very short deadline to find flooring as my contractor was waiting to install. (Another store had assured me they could get the vinyl wood flooring I wanted in 2 days; 4 days later they told me it was back ordered for 2 months.) I found laminate I liked at Alliance, and staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They placed the order with an out of province company and the flooring arrived the next day, even faster than promised! Good selection, good service, good price, good choice!

    Basement Renovation

    I renovated the basement and asked Alliance to quote on the flooring, they took the time to educate me on the alternatives available and made me comfortable with the installation process. The quote was fair and reasonable. They made sure that our time lines were met and the floor preparation and installation were professionally done. All and all I'm happy with the company and will recommend them to others.

    Basement Luxury Vinyl Plank Installation

    I chose this company based on HomeStars reviews and we are happy that we hired Alliance Floor Source for our basement renovation. Their price is reasonable and I especially liked that they itemized each job in the quote and so I know exactly how much is being charged for each separately job. I ended up choose to remove and dispose my old carpet and padding to save some money. Rudi is the guy who did our floor leveling and floor installation. He showed up as promised and finished the job on time. The job is done professionally and he also make sure that the area is clean after finished his job. Our floor looks amazing. Lehel the owner also very helpful and knowledgeable and he came to our place to check and make sure that everything is ok. I will definitely hire them for my future flooring needs and I highly recommended Alliance Floor Source.

    Replaced hardood floors in mid-sized house

    We recently had the hardwood flooring replaced in our entire house as the original floors were starting to squeak and nails were popping up. We also had all the tile replaced in the kitchen. Timea was our first contact at Alliance Flooring and she was very helpful. Then we met with Mike and he was superb at answering all our questions, giving suggestions, and getting back to us quickly. Rudy was wonderful and easy to work with. The job was completed in the appropriate time and we were extremely satisfied. Although we didn't replace the hardwood on our staircase, Alliance provided staining so that it would match the shade of our new floors. We did a few other projects around the house but Alliance Flooring was by far the best company to deal with. We would highly recommend them!

    Hardwood Flooring

    The team at Alliance Floor Source was absolutely amazing to deal with. Their professionalism was of the highest quality. I was quite impressed with level of communication they provided.
