    Laminate flooring

    I was looking for laminate flooring and we happen to find Alliance flooring. Mike at the store helped and guided me through choosing the perfect floor. His knowledge and patience were very appreciated. I would highly recommend alliance flooring to anyone looking for flooring options.

    Kitchen floor in 100 yr old house

    Kitchen floor in 100 yr old house - 1/2 of floor within original structure, 1/2 extending onto original exterior porch supported on 3 cement piers. House substrate - very old vinyl tile (est 30 - 50 yrs) but generally very tightly adhered ...Porch substrate - 3/4" plywood. Potential dissimilar motion of 2 floor sections mandated flexible floor medium - we had settled on cork tiles and contacted Alliance as a potential supplier. We discussed the pros and cons of cork and Alliance made us aware of cork's potential of fading colour in strong sunlight (the room is very bright) and suggested we might come in and look at an alternate that they thought would be more suitable (Karndeen LooseLay) - When we visited the store they were very friendly and completely without hype or pressure and were very knowledgeable of the product and methods of installation - I checked several other supplier's prices - most were somewhat similar but all wanted shipping from Burlington as an extra, where Alliance offered to get our 150 sq ft order delivered to the store. We opted to install it ourselves and to glue it in place because of variances in the floor - Alliance was extremely helpful with suggestions for surface preparation and installation (including suggested cementitious fillers (from other suppliers) to prep the rough plywood surface in advance). We opted for the dry method for installation and they offered very professional post sales support which required several telephone conversations and they were always friendly and helpful! I have no hesitation in recommending Alliance as the potential supplier for any flooring project.

    Great experience

    We went to many similar stores before finding Alliance Flooring. Thankfully we found Mike at Alliance. He was friendly but more importantly he was extremely knowledgable. It was a great experience!

    Engineered Hardwood install and Carpet removal

    I chose Alliance based on the reviews on Homestars and in the end I was happy with the decision. We met with Mike and he was a great professional with friendly customer service. My wife and I were deciding between laminate and engineered wood flooring. MIke came over to our condo for the estimates, helped us choose the right underlay based on our condo rules and provided inputs on the merits of each option. There was no pressure during the process and Mike showed us many options for our needs. We ended up choosing the engineered wood option. The work was done flawlessly on the promised date. The contractors (Rudy and Joseph) were great and followed through with our requests.

We arent on commission which helps, I know myself I don't feel the need to meet certain quotas or profit margins, we beleive customers are happiest when they aren't pressured.     Wood flooring supply

    Very helpful and they were able to expedite my order within two days from the factory. The pricing was marginally cheaper than home depot with better quality and options.

    purchase hardwood flooring

    Very easy to deal with accommodating would buy from again They were willing to help us with returns when we had missed the required amount of time Would recommend buying from them

    Laminate

    Speedy knowledgeable service. Lady has a great body. Good selection of flooring and carpets. She lent me the sample board overnight for a small deposit

    Laminate flooring

    I have been to the store a few times for different flooring jobs I had .. They have a very good selection , very competitive pricing .. The are very knowledgeable regarding products .. Fast and reliable services .. Would likely recommend this place...

    We Love Our New Hardwood Floors!!

    After spending countless hours researching flooring companies, my wife and I decided to hire Alliance Flooring for the job. Lehel did a great job educating us on the products, installation types and type and padding options (required for condo owners). On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time and did a wonderful, professional job. They also made sure to clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend Alliance Flooring to family and friends! Thanks for the great job guys!

    Condominium Carpet Tile Installation

    We worked with Alliance to remove and replace all carpeting in a 9 storey condominium building that we manage. Throughout the entire process Alliance provided a competitive price, quality workmanship, and quick turnaround for a fairly large job. Once the job was complete, responses were quick for any touch ups. I would definitely recommend Lehel and Alliance for any flooring needs, as they know how to get the job done.
