After spending countless hours researching flooring companies, my wife and I decided to hire Alliance Flooring for the job. Lehel did a great job educating us on the products, installation types and type and padding options (required for condo owners). On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time and did a wonderful, professional job. They also made sure to clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend Alliance Flooring to family and friends! Thanks for the great job guys!

We worked with Alliance to remove and replace all carpeting in a 9 storey condominium building that we manage. Throughout the entire process Alliance provided a competitive price, quality workmanship, and quick turnaround for a fairly large job. Once the job was complete, responses were quick for any touch ups. I would definitely recommend Lehel and Alliance for any flooring needs, as they know how to get the job done.

My wife and I chose Alliance Floor Source to install flooring for our condo. We had the pleasure of working with Mike. Mike's customer service is outstanding throughout the whole process. He advised us on the engineering hardwood flooring material to use, which we were very happy with. He personally came to the condo multiple times to address any concerns I had. We were also very happy with the installation of the engineered hardwood. However, the installation of the T mouldings was delayed, and we were left with a condo without T mouldings for several weeks. This is unfortunate, and was probably not entirely Alliance's fault, since their suppliers were not able to provide the T mouldings on time. During the installation, one of the contractors caused a dent in one of the walls of my condo. I informed Mike about this, and hopefully this is more of an anomaly with the contractors Alliance's uses rather than the norm. Overall, aside from the couple aforementioned issues, I had a good experience with Alliance Floor Source, and was very happy with the end product. Amazing customer service from Mike.

The team at Alliance Floor Source has provided me and my clients with professional and courteous service. They also provided a tremendous selection of flooring options, and my clients were quite happy to find the perfect flooring for their new home. I highly recommend them and I will certainly continue to use them for my future projects.

We went to Alliance after we had been shopping for hardwood for at least 4 weeks, and been to 10 other hardwood stores. We were torn between what we "wanted" to buy (Walnut) and we thought we "needed" to buy with 2 young boys potentially destroying the hardwood. Until we met Lehel the owner of Alliance and his wife. This was a whole new level of knowledge and pragmatism, that you know is true after you've heard 10 different hardwood store owners/sales rep for the last 4 weeks try to sell you their opinion / product. And because we had burned through 4 weeks of shopping we had eaten up our buffer, and needed something within days. Lehel was able to get us exactly what we wanted, manufactured within 48 hrs from our order, with a premium Canadian manufacturer in Quebec, and was delivered to our house within a couple of days after that. The hardwood looked amazing. This was a significant investment on our end, and it was great to have someone give you sound advice, get you the best price, and deliver within days. Highly recommended

I had an excellent experience with Alliance Floor Source from the moment I stepped into their showroom. Found the perfect floor tile for my basement flooring. Mike, the salesman, educated me on its pros and cons. The installers arrived on time and completed the job quickly and expertly. I am extremely satisfied and have recommended them to my clients and my students. I teach design and George Brown College so I am rather fussy.
