I lost a lot of shingles in recent wind storms and called Alpine, and a few competitors, in a panic. Alpine provided a competitive quote and assured me that my job would be a priority. A few days later they were on the roof, working away. It has only been one day. I am so pleased that they took my potentially leaky roof seriously and came out so quickly. The work team was polite, efficient, and attentive. They made sure to clean all debris and took the initiative to clear a blocked drain on my garage flat roof. The office support staff that I spoke with were equally polite, efficient, and attentive. David, who provided the appraisal and follow up, was wonderful. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. I have not inspected the roof and wouldn't know what to look for if I did. I hope that the quality of work matches the exceptional quality of service.Answer from pro:

I usually never write reviews but I was blown away at the service that John gave us through Alpine roofing. He was super communicative, always got back to me within a few hours. They worked around my holiday schedule to make sure to do it when it most worked for us and they replaced our eaves drop for free as it looked a little off after the job. Great dealing with Mimi (coordinator) and his team. The job was done quickly and everything was cleaned up afterwards. They even offered to clean up the junk that I had around the property (construction materials and items left behind by previous owner) and they even loaded everything in the bin. Removing old asphalt roof and replace it with a new one. The work was done in one day and everything seemed fine. But rains showed that there were pools of water after the drain off. I spoke to the David (roofing) who sent the crew to rectify the problem. Please note: The pricing was competitive. The work is warranted for ten (10) years. David says I can call him anytime there's a problem.Answer from pro:

The flat roof of the front porch was poorly built with intermittent leaks. While a small job - it was very complicated given the structure, the finishings, the rot, and the integration with the overall house. Robert, from Alpine, not only did the estimate but kept in touch with me frequently to let me know progress and how things were coming along. The guys that did the roof, carpentry and the flashing were very professional and took time to do the work right, given the complications of this roof and house. Robert was always available to answer questions and ensured that for some of the more complicated issues, the right people were involved. He oversaw the project from start to finish and ensured that everything was done to my satisfaction. I don't think i would go with a sole provider again for a roof like this - given Alpine had all the resources needed to accomplish the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alpine.Answer from pro:

Great job, clean up amazing and came in right on target. Even came on a Saturday to make sure they met their deadline. Only complaint was one of the guys asked for beer at the end of the job. My husband would have had it for the guys. I forgot. I didn't mind so much but he tried to blame it on his coworkers who didn't speak English and that wasn't fair. They where hard workers and cleaned up really nicely.Answer from pro:

I replaced my entire roof this summer. I called many companies, and alpine roofing responded most promptly, and they emailed the very professional looking quote. Together with a link to select the color of the roof online. They informed me in advance before they will come to do the roofing, and they arrived early on the day of. There were 6 people, and they finished the job quickly (about 4 hours). Then I noticed the roof on my extension was not replaced, and my tenant told me the worker told him the extension was not included. I got freaked out, so I immediately contacted the company. They directed my call appropriately, and got it sorted out. They agreed to come back to replace the extension. However, they didn't come back as they first promised. They eventually came back 2 days later. That's why the 8 instead of 10. The payment was easy. Overall, other than the small mixup, good experience, very reasonable price, very efficient company.Answer from pro:

Awesome job by Alpine!!! Pro job, on time no "extra" charges. Roofing is a messy, heavy and dangerous job. These guys made it look easy. Special thanks to Jamie who went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Tin work was amazing, clean up was excellent It is rare to find contractors like Alpine these days.
