Needed to have a new roof . Had used a noted roofer in Toronto but needed a change. Called around to get an estimate but roofers seemed like transient workers , just cell phone contact and did not admit they were who they were supposed to be till you said I need an estimate . Alpine gave me an estimate a little higher than there competitor ( old contractor I used) but came by for a second look and matched. Roof was done on time and on budget paid same day . Had one shingle that needed 1 nail that's it ! Over a year no issues.

Worked well as a team. Arrived on time and were pleasant to deal with. Clean up was excellent Whole process from quote to completion was good.

Cleaned up nicely, new roof looks good. Work was on time and on budget. Workers were polite.

Our fabulous contractor John Anderson of RENOVATE PLUS found these incredible roofers for us. Before we hired them, I talked to other top scorers from HomeStars and their quotes were DOUBLE. Mimi from ALPINE ROOFING gave us a great quote, and RENOVATE PLUS kindly oversaw the job so I had confidence that it was done right. A few weeks later I noticed a small section had been missed (I had not identified that I needed it done). Mimi was amazing - before I knew it someone from ALPINE was here, no questions asked, and they took care of it, no extra charge, just amazing, good-natured customer service. YAY! They have been in biz 40 years, i HIGHLY recommend them and caution all to beware of the roofers who are quoting $14,000-17,000 for a semi roof downtown. They will make you believe you need them .... you need ALPINE (and no, I am no related to anyone there, lol) I am a fan of great work, and having lived in my house for over 20 years, I know the difference now between great work and con artists. Go Alpine, thank you Mimi, thank you fabulous JOHN ANDERSON for finding them (our whole neighbourhood seem to be using them now!) and for overseeing the job! I'm a happy customer.

Installation of a replacement esvesyrough in s difficult setting. Job done well but response time to start was very slow.

I was very pleased with he work performed by Alpine Roofing. I dealt with John on the quote, and he was exceptional to work with. Communication was excellent. This made me decision easy. The installation crew were very polite and professional. They arrived early and worked hard to get it done in one day (and it was HOT) They ensured that all windows and plants were protected. Once done, they made sure that all garbage was picked up, taken away, and the property was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Alpine Roofing and John to anyone looking to replace their shingles.

My old roof was suffering leaks and it was time to have the worn, weathered shingles and underlayment replaced. Alpine Roofing was one of three roofing companies that I received a quote from. They were recommended to me by word-of-mouth. After submitting a request for an estimate via their website, an estimator visited my home and submitted a written estimate to me via email in 5 days. Alpine Roofing provided the most competitive quote based on the services being offered. After I submitted the signed quotation form, the job was scheduled about 3 weeks later. I received a call the day prior to mobilization. My ~1,500 ft^2 roof was re-shingled in about 4 hours with 5 labourers. The labourers were professional, hard-working and courteous. Alpine Roofing's crew not only did a great job with the installation but they did an excellent job with the cleanup after the work was done. They even used a magnetic roller to pick up any stray nails from my driveway and vicinity. The new roof looks great and performed well during 25 mm rain event the day after it was installed. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with Alpine Roofing and will be recommending them to neighbours and friends seeking to replace their roof.

I've worked with Alpine roofing for the last 15 years in particular an individual named Mimi. I have never met a more dedicated, honest and hard-working individual in my life. I've built homes, manage my own small portfolio of rental properties and invest in larger projects with others for which Alpine roofing has done the work. Fantastic. Mimi is a dream supplier.

I presume Alpine did a good job (I don't know; I haven't been on the roof) However, they left some of the roofing material behind because during the high winds we've had the last few days several pieces of roofing material flew off the roof. Also I have a 2nd story deck with a roof that now has long nail heads sticking out of it. Very unstightly and dangerous. I don't know if they could have used something else to secure the roof.
