Jim was amazing to work with. I had four companies come and give me quotes on the house, and Jim's was by far the most thorough and gave an incredibly detailed estimate and work breakdown. He's the only one that caught that my old floor was installed on top of a pre-existing floor, and accounted for it. He also got the best rate on my hardwood floor, and was their recommended supplier (with good reason). It was a messy job as all renos are, but any issues that came up he dealt with then for me, no questions asked, until I was satisfied. I highly recommend Aspen Wood Floors. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting the best product for our project. The installers were excellent with respect to the look of the finished work. The way they handled the restrictions of working in a high rise condo was admirable, and on top of that, the condo was furnished and occupied during the installation!

Purchased solid hardwood floors mid October to do 3 rooms. Jim was great to deal with! Installation commitments were met. The work was done well and the price was reasonable. Very happy with the end result!

Aspen wood recently completed replacement of entire house hardwood floors.My experience dealing with David from the start to the end was amazing, his knowledge and experience was excellent. Ray the installer was outstanding and he is truely a professional at his job. I am extremely satisfied with the work done.

We recently had new hardwood flooring installed throughout our bungalow. Our whole experience from the beginning to the end was excellent. David, the Sales Representative, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The work started on time, exactly as promised. The crew who installed the flooring did a fantastic job. Ali and his partner Ahmed (sorry if I misspelled his name) demonstrated an excellent teamwork, knowledge, and dedication to their work. On the first day, they removed old hardwood floor, baseboards, and carpets. It took them only two more days to install the entire new hardwood floor. They never complained that they had to move some furniture and never left any garbage. On a more personal note, they were very polite, cooperative and easy to deal with. We are thrilled with the results. Our home looks amazing with the new flooring. We would not hesitate to come back for any future flooring needs. We highly recommend using Aspen Wood Floors for home renovation projects.

I've gone to Aspen Wood Floors 3 times now for hardwood floors and they have done a great job each time. The last time I had an issue with shortage from the manufacturer and it was handled quickly and easily by David. On the negative side, prices are a little higher here. Nonetheless, I would not hesitate to come back for any future flooring needs.

We bought a new house and it stunk from years of pets and carpets. We hired Aspen to redo the entire house (approx 2400 sq feet) as well as the two sets of stairs. Jim, the sales consultant was fabulous. He took the time to explain the differences in the types of wood and finishes and helped recommend the best choices for our new home. Freddy and his crew busted their butts and got the job done on a really quick timeline (we wanted to move in 3 weeks after closing, so there wasn't a lot of time from start to finish.) Every encounter I've had with everyone at this company was positive. 5 stars all around!

From start to finish, Michael (owner), Jim (Sales) & Betty (Admin.) were helpful, professional, friendly and easy to deal with. We had to replace the entire flooring in our condo following a freak flood. For our approach of DIY flooring (pick-up & installation), the smallest details became the biggest deal. • Even though Aspen Wood Floors didn’t stock the laminate (Fuzion Flooring, Euro Grande, Arctic Oak-AC5) we’d chosen from another dealer, Michael & Betty found all relevant info. from their supplier in just 2 phone calls in one day incl. quoting the best price and earliest delivery time. • Pick-up in 2 lots helped a lot as there was no space to store 40 boxes if delivered at once. • Michael recommended a wavy-flat, rubber, low-profile underlay (Acoustigard Iso-Sep-PM) which worked out very well. Its FIIC 68/ IIC 58 rating exceeded condo specs. of IIC 55. • When T-moulds sent by their supplier were 72” instead of 94” - as ordered and calculated for- they made it right in record time. • Great service standard regardless of budget. So, we highly recommend them esp. for condo owners. This team is good at heart and great at what they do.

I am a return customer and, without hesitation, would be happy to recommend Aspen Wood Floor. The first time, I bought the materials and my own contractor laid it down . This time, installation was included. Both times, I dealt with Jim Pincoe because he is very knowledgeable, never 'pushy', and you feel that he will offer a fair deal. The materials are top quality and Jim personally interacted with the condo building manager to assure them the underpadding requirements for noise control were met. The installers were hard working and consiencious. I am very happy with the results.
