I own three apartment buildings and over the years have worked with David M on ten or twelve apartment renovations. I've always been happy with the results and have never been tempted to go elsewhere.

Fantastic Service! Our whole experience from the beginning to end was exceptional. Our floors look amazing and you would never think that they were laminate. The flooring was delivered on time for a reasonable price. The design complemented the older features of our traditional 1930's home. David, the Aspen's Sale Representative worked with us and suggested the best product for our heated basement floors. He was very knowledgeable of the various products, their quality and their limitations. Thank you for making this process fairly seamless and exceeded our expectations.

I hired Aspen Wood Floors to install hardwood throughout my downtown condo. I got the underlay, wood and installation services from them. David was great to work with, spec'ing out the job. The installers did a meticulous and thorough job. They took extra time to do a great job. It looks perfect! At the end David gave me a credit of $500 since floor levelling was not required, so the job was actually less than the original estimate. I highly recommend them.

Aspen Floors and David were highly recommended by a friend, who has renovated many luxury condo suites. Aspen Floors and David exceeded my expectations. I had the best ever reno experience: David honoured an old quote, David took accurate measurements, Andrew's crew arrived early every morning, worked non-stop, no hardwood floor planks wasted, followed strict condo rules & regulations, and cleaned up debris without a fuss. The crew on their hands and knees cleaning every spot.

I highly recommend this company. We had a great experience from start to finish. How often can one say that? We replaced the carpets and laminate flooring with hardwood throughout our 2 story home. Aspen has a wonderful selection of flooring to choose from in their showroom. Prices, l found, to be comparable with other companies. Jim Pincoe, our Sales Representative at Aspen, was very knowledgeable and so helpful as we proceeded through the estimate, choosing the flooring, to installation and completion. (All done within a six week period). He was a pleasure to deal with. Our flooring was installed by Ray. He is a master at his craft. He takes pride in his work and boy does it show. I love love love my new flooring! Thank you Aspen, Jim and Ray. It was indeed a pleasure.

Aspen installed our engineered hard wood floors in our 16th floor condominium. Existing carpeting was removed and a rubber underlay had to be first installed before the floor was laid. The workers were meticulous and took care in laying the floor out throughout the 1200 square feet. They cleaned up after themselves and we get loads of complements on our Brazilian cherry hardwood floors.

Great customer service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. Deliver on commitments. Pricing was very competitive within the industry. The showroom is awesome and displays a wide variety of flooring that is available for purchase.

We needed flooring and by chance drove by Aspen Wood Floors one afternoon to get a quote. The product line is very extensive and the sales representative Jim Pincoe was very helpful. Jim provided us with a very favourable estimate in a timely manner. Through Jim we made our selection of a very rich looking Santos mahogany wood floor. Our level of satisfaction of Jim and his staff was top notch. The installers were very exact in their detail to the product installation as we had VERY less than perfect concrete subfloor conditions. I would highly recommend Aspen Wood Floors to any of our friends and colleagues.

A really large selection of products to choose from. The instal team were great, on time and budget. They even wore slippers when entering my home. Highly recommend them! It's been one year since and the floors look like new, I get compliments all the time.

We selected Aspen because we had bought hardwood flooring for our dining room, living room and den about 14 years ago when they were Rowan Hardwood, and we wanted the same product. We bought a similar finish to what we had in our living/dining room which is more glossier. We also changed our baseboards and door frame casings. The end result is it feels like we are in a new house. We really like the new flooring and the bigger baseboards. The whole process was a lot of work because we emptied all our closets and moved a lot of items to lower floors. It was also very dusty because it was winter and they sawed inside the house. We are very pleased with the final results and would recommend Aspen Wood Floors.
