Mirage engineered hardwood flooring was installed into the living room/dining room and two bedrooms of my newly constructed condominium unit in Richmond Hill. The product installed and the workmanship of the installation was outstanding. Baseboards that were not suppose to have been installed by the builder were removed by the Aspen Wood Flooring installer and the baseboards that I ordered were not only installed where the hardwood was laid, as originally ordered, but the installer took the additional time and care to install the baseboards in the entrance of the unit and behind the refrigerator in the kitchen. The additional time and work expended shows the quality and care Michael Feltham delivers to his customers. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Michael Feltham and Aspen Wood Flooring for any hardwood installation you may have.

We had a leading brand name of hardwood installed in our bedrooms and upper hallway. The quality of work was top notch. The installers were professional, courteous, efficient and did a thorough clean up when the work was completed. The sales staff were attentive to our requests and responded to our calls in a very timely manner. In the future I will recommend Aspen to friends and family for any of their flooring needs.

As designer who has used Aspen for many residential and commercial projects I have been extremely pleased. So far, I have used them for 9 different projects and highly recommend them. In every instance the jobs have been completed to the end users satisfaction (no small task)! They are very reliable and have worked with us to solve any site issues. We had hardwood flooring installed in our bedroom area. The workmanship was, for the most part, excellent. However, they did not put hardwood in one closet. I called many times (>10) to get this done but no one would return my call. After contacting the BBB the work was done within a week. I have two other concerns with the flooring (hammer marks on the stairs and a riser that is not level) but these were not addressed. I was just happy to get the closet done so didn't push it. I made the mistake of paying in full before the closet was complete. The owner was very good with ideas and the installer was excellent. I would recommend keeping in mind that you shouldn't pay until all work is complete.
