Atlantic sells the best product we found, made in Canada (Mississauga), has knowledgeable sales staff that provide a pressure free environment while making helpful suggestions, and has an amazing installation team. I drive by peoples homes that DIDN'T use Atlantic and their windows still have all of the stickers on them. Not Atlantic, they remove all of the stickers, clean the windows, clean up any minor mess and leave your home looking better than when they arrived. THAT, my friends, is customer service that backs a fantastic product with a great price and an excellent warranty. Can't beat that!

I have been using and recommending Atlantic Windows and Doors for over 10 yrs. Recently I had them replace all of the windows and patio door in my house on a winter install which is a first for me. The job took 3 days to install and the team did a fantastic job of removal, install and then clean-up. In all I am very satisfied with the product that Atlantic produces and equally satisfied with the installation team that they use. I have used them twice personally and have recommended them 6 times for other jobs and they haven't let me down yet in more than 10 yrs of doing business with them.

Excellent service! I ordered a big living room window and a sliding door, plus all basement windows. Everything was done on time, everything was cleaned up after installation. Quality of windows is superb. We reffered all our friends to Atlantic.

From the outset both the salesman and Installation crew were exceptional. The sales pitch was honest and straightforward with no pressure tactics. Furthermore he was very knowledgeable knowing the difference between low and high E2 glass and provided an informative tour of the showroom and factory. The installation team was organized, efficient and careful in their installations. Every one in the team worked well together and did superior work. My wife and I are seriously considering contracting our front and patio doors with Atlantic. It is easy to see that this company hires true professionals who take pride intheir work and want to please their customers.

I replaced all the windows and doors in my home. 3 of them were bay windows. All triple glass. We also replaced patio doors with double glass and shutters inside. I believe we have the best looking and the strongest doors in the whole neighborhood. I believe we have the best looking and the most efficient windows in the whole neighborhood. I am not happy I am ecstatic with how was it done and the final effect. I recommended Atlantic windows to several people already. Keep up the great work guys.

We ordered from Atlantic following excellent recommendation from our neighbours. From the initial consultation with Daniel, the sales reprentative, to the complete installation, we were more than happy. The team of installers arrived on time and set to work straight away. We never felt like the work was being rushed to complete and they did an awesome job. Very pleased with quality of product and service. Everyone who sees the windows and doors comments on the quality. When I called to report that my dog had smudged the silicone sealant on the outside before it had hardenened, someone came straight away and re-did it so you couldn't even see it. Very solid and well made product. Highly recommended.

We've recently moved to a new house that's about 2600 sq feet. The house itself is about 15 years old and wood frames for the windows were deteriorating. I've contacted about 7 different window vendors and have decided to go with Atlantic for couple of reasons. 1. Local - went to their showroom and saw the quality of their products 2. Reputation - few of my friends already had great experiences with them Ofcourse I've gotten cheaper quotes from different companies but you get what you pay for. I'm absolutely happy with the result. Their after service is top notch I must point out. I had few tweaking request as per my taste, was done at no cost within a reasonable time frame. Overall, I'm very happy with the service & product that Atlantic has offered to us.

Atlantic installed our windows several years ago and did a great job. Last year, in our patio doors, a streaking appeared inside the windows (within sealed part). We talked to Atlantic, and despite being over the 5 year warranty period (on the glass), they agreed to replace the glass free of charge. The glass was replaced this past weekend and as usual, very quickly and cleanly done and looks like brand new! Thanx Atlantic. Great customer service in an era where it is rare to see!

In the summer of 2010, we had Aubrey Benson, project manager, come by and give us a quote. Later, Atlantic installed 2 new doors. After the installation, we noticed several problems with one of the doors: sill is made of 2 different coloured materials instead of 1, door handle in wrong colour, and hinges in wrong colour. In November 2011, we had Atlantic change the lock on one of our doors. We paid for 3 keys and did not receive all 3 keys. It was such an ordeal to get the 3 keys that we had paid for. In particular, our communications with their office lady Dale were unpleasant. Despite our letter to the owner dated November 2011, we have never heard from the owner himself. Overall, the communication from Atlantic has been terrible! Here we are in late summer of 2012 and most of the issues have not been resolved! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We had Atlantic install 22 new windows in our house last year. We shopped around and got lots of quotes, and Atlatic was the best - plus becuase it was around home-show time, we were lucky enough to get an extra show-discount. We chose all casements, triple-pane - they sent two crews and did it all in one day. They were meticulous - the house was clean and tidy when they left, they took all debris, and were extremely professional the entire time. A year later we are extremely pleased with both the quality and install of our windows and choice of Atlantic.
