    New Windows, Custom Design

    I gave them a design to match, they gave me back something different. I objected at the time of installation, they installed anyway. They promised a solution but nothing is resolved. My last email has not been answered. I paid the full bill in good faith on the commitment from them that the situation would be resolved.

    A new window

    I needed a new window for my basement and dealt with Arthur. He was great! Very funny and easy to deal with. He came out to the house twice for measurements and the installation crew was top notch!

    Complete install of main floor windows, kitchen sliding door, front door , side entrance door and garage entrance door.

    Had Atlantic replace windows and doors in 2009. Front and garage entrance doors are metal with applied molding.Much to my shock and surprise applied molding has begun to fall off as it is held on with nothing but double sided tape. I am afraid to contact them to replace if this is the quality of work I can expect. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

    New front door with sidelights and transom

    We had done a lot of investigating into companies that supply windows and doors. We decided that Atlantic would do a good job based on reviews and a reader's choice award. We were very wrong. We ordered our custom door on Oct 1 2011. It is now mid Feb 2012 and we still don't have a door but Atlantic has $3600 of our money. Emails and phone calls are NOT returned. This has been very frustrating and disappointing. This company based on reviews seems to do a very good job or a very bad job. Unfortunately we were on the side of very bad. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We have decided to order new windows from Casa Bella windows, they seem to be much more customer oriented. Atlantic says all the "right" words but ACTIONS speak louder than words.

    Window installation

    Very good professional team of installers came to the house and installed 3 nice windows. Sales guy knew his stuff and did not pressure, more interested to tell the differences

    Windows Installation

    This review is long overdue, but here it is....10 years ago I had my windows professionally installed by Atlantic Window & Door System. I was cleaning my windows in the spring when one snapped. I called Atlantic as they offer life time guarantee on their products. My windows were serviced and fixed by Atlantic at no cost. If you are looking for reasonable priced, clean and friendly service, Atlantic Window & Door system is highly recommended.

    Front and Back Double Entry Doors

    The advertisement for Atlantic Window & Door Systems in my local newspaper was attractive and I contacted the company and requested a slaes person visit my home. The well informed sales person listened as I expressed the ideas I had for my doors. At the end of the appointment he had not tried to high pressure me into signing an agreement on the spot like a previous sales person had done. Instead I was invited to come by the showroom and see how the product was presented there. My tour of the showroom included seeing the warehouse where the windows are manufactured and assembled. The equipment and working area were spotlessly clean and the machinery appeared to be of the latest technology available to do the job. I was impressed. My sales person took time to help make my final decisions for each detail of the doors and hardware that suited my style and taste. On installation day, the workers were polite neatly dressed and demonstrated they were well capable of doing an excellent job. Each person that has come to my home since the doors were installed comment on how well they enhance the value and beauty of my home. I am truly a satisfied customer.

    Replace windows

    Had my windows replace over a three year period, this helped me budget the cost. Windows were installed very professionally and within the same day. Great windows, great look, even the neighbours were impressed. Windows have easy access to both sides for cleaning without the need for a ladder. Many thanks.

    New windows

    I had called three companies to quote on replacing my windows. Pat Naccarato came in first, gave me a lesson in windows and a professional, printed estimate. The next two tried to over sell me and gave their estimate on the back of their card. Pat came highly recommended by a friend of mine and he was right. When installation day came, the crew worked like a fine tuned clock. When they left, it was like no one was ever there expect I had great new windows. I will be changing my front door soon and I will be calling Pat. Thanks Atlantic!

    New windows

    Atlantic just recently installed new windows in our house and we were extremely pleased with the results. Matthew and Richard were very polite,professional and hard working. Their fine detail work was top quality.
