Travis and Anthony were punctual, friendly and knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions. They also offered a dryer vent cleaning which is very important for house safety. I highly recommend these guys and their company.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. VERY COMPENT AND PROFESSIONAL. PROJECT INVOLVED A FULL VENT CLEANING PLUS IDENTIFYING AND CLEANING OUT A MAJOR DRYER VENT BLOCKAGE CAUSING VERY FOUL ODOURS. DISCOVERED A NEST AND DEAD ADULT BIRD. NEST WAS BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE DRYER VENT EXIT. HARD TO ACCESS. REQUEST FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE WAS QUICKLY ACCOMODATED.

I have been an Atlas client for over 30 years and i find them to be an excellent company. Easy to book appointments, technicians arrive in time and are very careful around my home. Over the years I have had many technicians and they are always friendly, courteous and one feels comfortable while they are in your home When my daughter bought her house there was no question which company she would choose.

I shopped around with the other established games in town before deciding on Atlas for our ductless A/C. Their price wasn't the lowest (in fact it was the highest) but I'm glad I didn't go cheap. The crew completed the installation in one day without any hiccups or problems and did a fantastic job, including with clean up. They also didn't cut any corners and ordered a proper hydraulic lift to reach our third floor loft. I was worried how the hoses and tubing from the ductless system would look on the outside of our 100-yr old double-brick house, but the experienced installer tucked it nicely along some existing tubes, etc., and it is barely visible. The interior work is also flawless. The other advantage of Atlas is that they carry Fujitsu ductless systems. I did an absurd amount of research on comparable Fujitsu vs. Mitsubishi models and the deciding factor for me was that the Fujitsu removes almost double the humidity at comparable BTU levels. The "designer" series Fujitsu interior heads (ASUxxRLS) also look very sleek and unobtrusive. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and our home is surprisingly cool and dry when we get home from work, even with just one of the two heads running in the isolated second floor bedroom.

Our old water heater was 23 years old and needed replacement so we called Atlas who currently look after our heating / AC since about 1996. They are new to the water heating business but you really wouldn't know. Matt came on June 10 for the estimate and was most professional and knowledgeable. The actual installation was done on June 16 by a contractor who was very efficient and knowledgeable. The installation was completed in 4 hours and everything has worked well since. Would highly recommend AtlasCare for water heaters and of course heating and AC

Crew arrived on time. We encountered a bump a few days later and emergency tech was rude and unhelpful. However, another tech came by the next day during regular business hours. Hopefully the issue is resolved.

Atlascare people are the friendliest, most courteous to walk in our house. Travis is one of those and he cleaned our ducts today. He answered all our questions and performed his job with expertise and a smile.

We needed to have our furnace replaced for future home renovations. We shopped around and received quotes from 3 different companies and AtlasCare provided the most complete and detailed information. Upon the work being done, the workers (Dave D, Venecio B and Adam M) arrived at the exact time we were told they would arrive, which is usually not the case from other companies, they were friendly, professional and clean throughout the whole process, they wore little booties over their work boots and even brought out the red carpet for our floors, a really nice touch. Although they were not the cheapest for comparable work, the fact that the AtlasCare is ISO certified speaks volume and they keep up to their standard.

Installers came promptly as stated. Four technicians worked quickly, efficiently, pleasantly and professionally. Explained system carefully, new thermostat, new pipes. Cleaned up impeccably before they left. Our salesrep Dave Grassby said he would give us his most experienced crew and he did.
