Toronto is enduring one of its most intense heat spells in years. Wouldn't you know the blower motor in our furnace died right in the middle of it all. We didn't have an existing relationship with a service provider, so I decided to take a chance on AtlasCare, a company that my parents used for many years when I was a child.
The diagnostic was done very professionally, but we learned that we needed parts that couldn't be sourced for two weeks. You can imagine our dismay at the prospect of suffering through a heat wave with no AC for two weeks.
Enter Service Manager, Nimo Mansouri. This gentleman is a poster child for customer service. Quite frankly, I haven't seen somebody work so hard to win my business in years. Nimo quickly found an alternative supplier for the parts we needed and arranged to have them at our house within 24 hours. He is professional, friendly, resourceful, and forward-looking. He understands that by proving his company can serve my needs today, I won't think twice about returning to AtlasCare going forward.
The repair job was completed as promised by a friendly technician (who had to work in some VERY hot conditions, the poor guy). Our AC is back up and running, my wife is happy again, and we've begun what will likely be a long relationship with a dependable service provider. Thanks Nimo and company. Two thumbs up.
