AtlasCare sent two young men to clean our air ducts at our home. There names are Alex and Jordan and some one should stand up and take notice of the professionalism in their work. Outstanding young men,great service. Thanks Alex and Jordan.

We came home to discover our furnace wasn't working (46C in the house). An AtlasCare representative (Nimo) came out promptly to service the furnace in response to our call. When he didn't have the correct part (our furnace is an unusual make), he personally went out and found the part, and returned later in the morning to fix the problem. Really outstanding customer service!! We are a first time customer with AtlasCare, but we will be using them for ongoing service from now on.

I have been a client of AtlasCare for a number of years. I am on a yearly plan that includes having my furnace and air conditioner serviced in the fall and spring. All of the service people that I have dealt with are polite, punctual and competent. I have never been kept waiting for a service call. A very professional and service oriented company!

The two young men arrived before at the time agreed upon. They solved the problem of plugging their vacuum hose into the furnace. They did a very thorough cleaning of our ductwork.(It was badly needed.) They cleaned up properly including placing a plate over the hole that had to be cut into the supply duct. We are very pleased with the work that was done.

I have used this company for heating and cooling maintenance for some time now, and had my ducts cleaned today. I have always been impressed with the competence and politeness of Atlas staff, and the young men who did the job today, Jordan and Alex, were no exception. They were considerate, clean, and very good about sharing information. Full marks.

We have an old Toronto rowhouse. Rudy from Atlas came by and did a thorough review of our situation (complicated by being attached) before making a detailed quote for a new high-eff furnace and AC. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just great information about options. James, Nick, and Dave R came to do the install. They were courteous, explained everything clearly to us, neat, and went the extra mile (filling in a crack through which some mice had been coming in and helping us maintain our existing air filter system). Everything is working great and we couldn't be happier with the service from Atlascare.

We have been AtlasCare customers for many years. Recently had a problem with the furnace. They were able to provide Saturday appointments. The fan motor was replaced, but they had to return to fix some "strange" noises. Would like to thank Nimo Mansouri as well as the other technicians for attending to this problem

My furnace began to make a loud noise on Saturday. I called AtlasCare and within an hour had a technician who diagnosed the problem. Monday Eric, a technician, arrived and replaced the broken part. Excellent service on Saturday and Monday. Polite and helpful.

They professionally installed the new boiler, removed the old. But we had a bit of rad problems for unknown reasons, and they diligently fixed them. We're very appreciative. All is fine now, awaiting our energy savings.

Thank you so much AtlasCare and especially Chris (Tech#454) for his expedited service and professionalism. Woke up this morning to no heat and within 1.5 hrs. from initial call, Chris arrived, diagnosed the problem, replaced the required part, and left us with HEAT on one of the coldest mornings in 2015. I highly recommend AltasCare and their First Class Service.
