Like most consumers faced with an older, broken furnace, I knew very little about furnace prices or specs. As a musician and audiophile, a quiet unit was something I was willing to pay for. Imagine my disappointment when the unit touted in Altlascare’s literature as “Ensuring the ultimate in energy savings and the lowest sound levels.” actually sounds like a jet taking off. After the service people installed the furnace, leaving quite a mess, including gunk poured into my sink and waste basket, I noticed both the exceedingly loud “take off” sound of the furnace, as well as a leaking vent pipe. I called them to address these issues, even though gluing the leak was something I could have easily done myself. Once the leak was sealed the service guy would not wait for the furnace to ramp up to high fire, citing being in a hurry. He never heard the noise, nothing was done. No one ever called to make sure our concerns had been addressed. I resigned myself to coping with a loud expensive furnace, thinking there was nothing that could be done about. After months of having to crank the volume on the TV and shout at family members to be heard, I called them again to come and look at the furnace. The guy who came tweaked as best as he could, but was unable to reduce the noise. I thought when he was there that he might have gotten it down by 2db, but later measurements confirm no change. I measured between the vent and cold air exchange in the living room; furnace off - 28db, low fire - 35db, high fire - 48db. That’s more than 64 times the ambient sound level (decibels are logarithmic, the common log of 2 is 3.02, so the sound pressure is doubled with each 3.02 decibels). The salesman, emphasized the quietness of the unit several times, the literature provided boasted about it, but the product did not deliver. I paid $8570.80 after rebate for a super-loud medium range furnace (and air conditioner) that seems to use the same amount of fuel as my old (high efficiency) furnace . Needless to say, I feel totally ripped off.

Had 2 old furnaces. Replaced one with Atlas in November, and was very happy. Had to replace the other this March and used Atlas again. Great sales (thanks Gus), careful, quality installation and after good sales support.

Used Atlas happily over 5 years. This time they left a HUGE mess of dust in one room and left valves open on the furnace thus there was a leak that wrecked part of our floor. Received no response after two letters and a call.

This is not the first time that I have relied on ATLASCARE for repair of my HVAC system. They remain my HVAC service company of choice. Right from the customer service representative who answers the phone through the technician's visit, the service is first rate. The technician that assisted us most recently, animosity Mansouri, was so professional and courteous, he was a pleasure to deal with. He went above ands beyond to ensure that our system was functioning properly and that we were satisfied with the service. He knew exactly what to do, and was happy to answer all of our questions. One is left with the feeling that this company and its representatives really care about their customers. I am a client for file,

James and Dave performed the install. They were friendly, knowledgable and did a great job. They "finished" the job and did not leave a bunch of stuff for me to cleanup afterwards. My overall experience with AtlasCare has been great. From Sales to Install. I can definitely recommend them to anybody requiring this type of service.

Excellent experience - Eric and Brendan worked hard, fast and were very easy to have in the house - they were even very good to the dog - I highly recommend them

Nimo Mansouri came to the house early in the evening and looked at the unit and detected the problem in very short order. the problem was a plugged line leading to the venter motor, other technicians missed this problem. Other technicians probably would of missed the problem Thanks Alan

Furnace died after hours and I called Atlas care. Nimo Mansouri was there about 90 minutes later. Even though he didn't have the exact part he managed to fix the furnace and make it work until the replacement part came in the next day. Very effeciant and great service. I'll always call Atlas care and ask for Nimo for any HVAC work in the future.

After completing a home reno - it was time to get the ducts and furnace cleaned. Binyam and Alex from Allas arrived on time and were pleasant, considerate and informative throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the service and results.

Prompt after-hours service for urgent situation when we had no heat. Technician, Nemo, was excellent. Got the furnace working until he was able to get the required part next morning. Accommodated our work schedule for the return visit. Very service-oriented, friendly and professional.
