    boiler servicing

    0ur boiler had failed to ignite a couple of times in the previous week. I was able to restart it, but it was very worrying considering this cold winter. After a disastrous and costly experience with Direct Energy I was also looking for a company to provide the regular inspection service for the boiler. I found AtlasCare through the web. I was quite happy to see that they encouraged booking appointments through email as well, saving me from the telephone tag nightmare. It took a couple of tries to get a response (still better than telephone tag), but when i did get contacted the company was ready to come out the very next day! They have a convenient 2-hour appointment window as opposed to the 4-hour one most companies offer. And in the event they called in the morning to offer me an eariler appointment. The work was efficient and thorough and I was pleased to sign up for an annual protection plan. Thanks to Jeff H for the service and Steve and Laura for scheduling the appointment so quickly.

    New Furnace

    Everyone of whom we dealt with from AtlasCare; from the members of the customer service team, to the technician Leo of whom visited for the service call, David the Sales Representative and finally the furnace installer were all punctual and professional. I would highly recommend AtlasCare to my friends and family members.

    Furnace Repair

    We had trouble with our furnace the night prior, and called Atlascare in the morning. They were very prompt in responding and had Nimo Mansouri out to our house within two hours. He was extremely kind, honest and professional in fixing the problem we had with our furnace. We are very impressed with the service he provided. Thank you Nimo!!!

    Furnace

    Furnace died. Called at midnight for service in the morning - technician called immediately and was most pleasant and courteous. Arrived at 8:15 the next morning, and solved the problem. Extremely pleasant young man.

    Furnace emergency call

    Furnace stopped heating and they sent Nimo to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and had us going in no time. He showed me where the problem was and I saw for myself how the company that charged us for a furnace servicing a few months ago didn't do their job properly. He got me set up on monthly maint plan which I am not locked in to and so the visit only cost me $14 and a $12 or so monthly cost. Nimo gave us flawless customer service. I also used AtlasCare a few years ago for duct cleaning at another place and we had a very good experience with them. Contrast this to the company who serviced our furnace a few months ago at $135 and who I couldn't reach (after trying 4 phone numbers they left on recorded messages) in the middle of the night when we needed help. Also contrast this to the biggest HVAC company out there who wanted to come out for $200 + a locked in 1yr contract at $30/month.

    Furnace

    Can't say enough about the service I received from Atlas. I called them on a Saturday evening when my elderly mother's furnace stopped working. The technician , Nimo , came within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem(faulty gas valve). He was very professional and was able to temporarily keep the furnace running . Nimo followed up with a phone call on the Sunday to check to see that the furnace was still running . On Monday the new gas valve was installed as promised. This is what service is all about!

    duct, dryer vent, furnace, hepa filter and fireplace cleaning

    It was convenient to ask for a quote and do a service booking on-line. The guys (Binyam, Alex and Quentin) arrived on time. I was charged exactly what I had been quoted during my on-line request. They didn't try to get extra $ out of me for services I didn't need. Punctual, polite, affordable and efficient work - everything I hoped for from a service provider. Thanks AtlasCare.

    Heating and cooling

    We have been customers of Atlas Care for the last several years. Every year we schedule an annual tune up and inspection of the equipment (furnace and air conditioner) their company installed. Their staff consistently provide good service and are a pleasure to deal with. Eric did our furnace inspection this past week. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was patient and took the time explaining how I could improve the function of the furnace and showed me how to fix something on the thermostat.

    Emergency Furnace Repair

    I placed an emergency after hours call to Atlascare last night. Technician Nemo was at our door within the hour. Nemo is a professional that is courteous, knowledgeable, and takes a great deal of pride in his work. He was able to source the parts and complete the repair before my house froze. Thanks Nemo, we will be using Atlascare again in the future.

    new furnace

    Eric and Dave did a great job of replacing our furnace. They were punctual, courteous, efficient, and left the house completely clean. We have used AtlasCare in the past and will definitely do so in the future.
