0ur boiler had failed to ignite a couple of times in the previous week. I was able to restart it, but it was very worrying considering this cold winter. After a disastrous and costly experience with Direct Energy I was also looking for a company to provide the regular inspection service for the boiler. I found AtlasCare through the web. I was quite happy to see that they encouraged booking appointments through email as well, saving me from the telephone tag nightmare. It took a couple of tries to get a response (still better than telephone tag), but when i did get contacted the company was ready to come out the very next day! They have a convenient 2-hour appointment window as opposed to the 4-hour one most companies offer. And in the event they called in the morning to offer me an eariler appointment. The work was efficient and thorough and I was pleased to sign up for an annual protection plan. Thanks to Jeff H for the service and Steve and Laura for scheduling the appointment so quickly.
