Daniel the service tech did an excellent tune up on my heating system ensuring everything was up to specifications.He explained what he had checked asked if I had any questions and cleaned & vacuumed all. Daniel is a very good ambassador for Atlas.

I found Sean to be one of the most knowledgeable service man I have ever dealt with.....very courteous and a joy to talk to....very impressed with his work ethics.....Atlas must be commended for their outstanding work foce.

I have been using Atlas Care for over 25 years. They are customer oriented and they do their job well. They go over everything with you so you have a clear understanding of the issues/problems and solutions.

An emergency Furnace fail (after 20 yrs) on NY eve led to the need for a system replacement. Atlas Sales and Installn team met all commitments given in terms of time to deliver quote and equipment. Install team were v courteous and professional through entire day of Furnace and AC install. Job was completed and clean up done to high standard,

Needed a humidifier installed for the house. Great service, technician was on time, explained everything in details. Will be using this company for similar projects in the future. Really happy. Thanks!

My 17 year old furnace died over the long holiday weekend, on a Saturday . Atlas sent technicians quickly, came back on Monday with parts when they promised to, but the old furnace was beyond repair as additional parts had to be sourced in the US. We decided to get new equipment instead. The salesman Fraser came the same day, and Atlas technicians Brandon, Tedros, and Simon came when promised and did a very professional job installing the new furnace and air conditioner. If I could give them more than 10 stars I would.

Our furnace broke down on New Year's Day, Atlas Care responded within half an hour, with the technician Anthony showing up a couple of hours later. He was unable to immediately repair the furnace but assured us it would be repaired the next day, (and it has been) and left us with 2 space heaters. I cannot stress how pleased I am with Atlas Care. I strongly recommend Atlas Care.

Sean was very knowledgeable, personable and timely in the inspection of our furnace. We were pleased with his work and answers to our questions. He went to great length to solve minor heating problems that we had.

Beware of using this company. Prices are off the map for very poor products and customer service. Ongoing issues with central humidifier, charged multiple times for same problem. 2 "senior" tech's later, and still only a temporary fix. Last visit told, "you'll have to start paying again." Time to use another company.
