I called Aubrey solely due to the positive reviews he received on this site and I was not dissapointed. Living in downtown Toronto it's extremely difficult to find honest, kind, dependable home repair for anything. Aubrey came within 24 hours of being called, explained everything he was doing as well as showing problems that existed. Not only did he fix my washing machine and dishwasher he completely cleaned out the filters in my dishwasher as "he was already in there anyway". Seriously, it was some of the best money I ever spent. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Aubrey is highly recommended. Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, he called me back right away. He responded the same day, on a Friday afternoon at a time most repairmen would be heading home. He found the problem in minutes and had it fixed in a few hours. Very good rates.

Aubry was more than accomodating and did a fabulous job. He was able to fix part of the fridge right away as he had the parts on him and returned the following morning to finish the job. His service is excellent and I would recommend him highly. If I have a problem in the future, he will be the first one I call.

Aubrey provided same day service and fully solved a problem that the brand name retailer who attempted to repair the dishwasher failed to fix. Aubrey stands out as a service professional who sees the problem from the customer's point-of-view. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any major appliance repair.

Aubrey provided us with the most courteous, respectful, and professional service that we have experienced in a long time. His expertise is obvious and he did not waste any time working efficiently during the whole repair process, and offering detailed information at every stage. We assumed that we would need to replace our refrigerator with a new one, however he identified the problem immediately and it has been working A+ ever since. We will not hesitate to contact him again should we experience difficulties with any other appliances. The price was less than what we expected and the whole experience turned out to be surprisingly pleasant.

Called Aubrey's when the 'name brand' service guys couldn't come for a week and were very rude and price seemed outrageous. Aubrey came the same day, fixed the fridge in half an hour (he had the part with him already), gave me excellent service (he fixed something that he says is wrong with all Frigidaires at no extra charge), and charged half the price of the 'name brand' guys. I'll definitely call him again (knock on wood that I don't have to though!) P.S. Never ever buy Frigidaire!

Aubrey personally answered the phone and then came within 2 hours to our home. He repaired our fridge, cleaned thoroughly behind the fridge, and then fixed a minor problem he noticed at no extra charge. We have been charged more than twice as much for the same job in the past. I was thrilled with the low price, timeliness and quality of the work.

True to his word, Aubrey showed up at the scheduled time. He anticipated the problem and came with the necessary parts to complete the job. He is a very outgoing personable gentleman. We would not hesitate to call Aubrey again for any appliance repair.

Aubrey cleared a block drain in the freezer on a side-by-side maytag refrigerator. He charged $65 for the job which took him about 25 minutes to do. Very satisfied with his work.
