I just hired Aubrey to come and have a look at my fridge that was not cooling. He answered his page promptly, was courteous, and was able to come at 6 the same day. He fixed the fridge, explained in terms that I could understand the problem that had occured, and told me what I could expect in the futute with regard to this make and model of fridge. He was very professional and kind. What great service!!!

Aubrey was very quick getting back to me. I left a message on his after hours voicemail, and had a call first thing the next morning. Even though I was all the way downtown, he still managed to fit me in. Aubrey was fast, efficient, professional and honest. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and came prepared with extra parts just in case. I would definitely recommend Aubrey to my friends, and will definitely call him again for service. I called Aubrey in the a.m. and he was there as promised in the afternoon, I was stuck in traffic on the QEW so I let him come into our house when no one was home. I forgot to tell him we had a dog, Oops! He was so great and called me to tell me it was done. He was just going to leave the invoice. The best part of the story I trusted him and he trusted me, that is the kind of people that make this world decent. Highly rated individual

We called Aubrey to fix our fridge. As soon as he got here, he told us the fridge had to be defrosted for him to analyze the problem and he didn't want to charge us for the visit or the first analysis. When he came after the defrosting, he checked out the fridge and told us it did not pay to patch it up; charged for the minimum visit only (despite coming twice) and even gave us some good suggestions on where to get a replacement. I liked that he did not try to sell us on costly repairs that wouldn't have resulted in more than a quick patch-up job bound to fail in the long run. I appreciated his honesty and frankness. He also seemed to really know what he was talking about.

Although he arrived an hour late, Aubrey was able to come by to service and repair our 10 year old Kenmore dryer which was making loud squeaking sounds. He replaced a part, cleaned everything out thoroughly, repositioned the duct and re-leveled the machine all in about an hour. Hopefully that will keep it running for another 10 years! (UPDATE: When we smelled burning rubber after using the repaired dryer for the first time, Aubrey came to our home right away the next day to ensure that there were no problems. All was ok, as it was only stray dryer lint causing the smell. Aubrey made sure we were satisfied with everything before he left - he stands by his work!)

Aubrey was able to quickly diagnose the problem over the phone and did a fabulous job fixing our washing machine. It works beautifully now. He's very knowledgeable and his rates are reasonable. We also booked an appointment to have our dryer serviced the following week, but Aubrey was quite busy so it slipped his mind - maybe next time!

Aubrey was willing to come to the downtown core (others will not) to repair my Kenmore Elite dishwasher. After describing the problem to him over the phone, he was able to make the necessary repairs in just under an hour. The issue was with the top rack of the dishwasher. The dishes would never be clean as the upper arm did not move in the dishwasher. Aubrey got me involved in the repair by showing me how the filter became clogged and which items were the most likely culprits. This was the reason why the pump did not have enough suction to move the water to the upper level of the dishwasher. The dishwasher worked well after the filter and drain gate were cleaned. I would highly recommend Aubrey. He was polite, professional and timely.

Aubrey knows his stuff. Don't bother with anyone else. He knew what was wrong just by the description I gave him over the phone. He replaced the seal and the locking mechanism, and the machine has never run better.

My refridgerator (whirlpool gold) was making loud noises. I called Aubrey he was very professional and honest. He told me that perhaps it would be the compressor which would cost approx. $700.00 thank you for saving me my time and money, all the other people I called were anxious to take my money with no questions asked!!!! I would recommend Aubrey he was HONEST.

We came home from a trip to find a nonworking fridge. I called Aubrey on Monday morning. He answered the phone! He said because it was a refrigerator problem he would squeeze me in in the morning and he did. He was patient and courteous. He explained and repaired the problem. His rates were very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and would recommend him highly.
