Aubrey was a breath of fresh air - he takes such pride in his work. Was excellent at communicating what the problem was, what needed to be done, provided quality service and was professional throughout the entire experience. I will not hesitate to call him the next time I need something fixed in my home, and will be recommending him to my friends.

Quick, efficient service. All work was done in a very reliable manner. We contacted the company on a Thursday evening and the work was completed Friday morning. I would absolutely use the company again.

Aubrey showed up ready to tackle the problem with the dryer. He was polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. What stood out was his clear commitment to his trade and to the quality of his work.

Aubrey was recommended to me by word of mouth from a colleague of my partner. We used him in 2014 for washer issues and again in 2017 for washer issues. He diagnosed the problem and was responsive to calls. Aubrey takes pride in his work and I would recommend him to anyone who wants someone who is trustworthy and thorough. He prefers phone calls and is quite responsive to come back again to sort out the problem if things don't totally settle after the first visit. He is also mindful of cost and will recommend replacement if service costs exceed replacement costs. He is definitely "old school" in the best sort of way (a small business operator with integrity, who knows his appliances, and is professional and friendly). I've not used email/internet but would suggest to call him directly if you want the best response.

Excellent service! Aubrey responded promptly. He was able to diagnose problem with the fridge and fix it in a timely fashion. Aubrey has repaired every appliance in our home over the last 29 years. His repairs stand up to heavy use in our family of 7. He is an excellent appliance serviceman.

Aubrey listened carefully to our concerns, walked us through his diagnosis, and started the work right away. He came prepared with the parts needed, and called us down to show us what he was doing and best practices for the repair. He also taught us preventative maintenance so we would not have a similar issue in the future. Aubrey was knowledgeable, calm and easy to talk to, making the repair a stress-free experience. Aubrey needs to educate himself on customer service. He came, says he fixed the problem, left. The washer broke down again with the same problem after the second wash. This is not good service.

I called Aubrey, who had done excellent work, before, regarding failure of the fan and water drainage in our GE fridge. He came within 5 hrs and did thorough and excellent work, as well as general cleaning and maintenance of the fridge. On his own initiative, he did more than asked to help maintain the fridge and postpone any need for repairs in future. He's an extremely skilled, expert workman with quick understanding of problems he sees. I can happily give him the highest recommendation.

Aubrey is not only skilled, but his skills are diverse. He is a true pro and a gentleman. On different occasions he has fixed our dryer, our fridge, and our air conditioner. He has always responded promptly, and has been thoughtful enough to explain not only the problem but the fix. An Honourable, decent and skilled professional that we will always go to first.

Within a few hours, Aubrey arrived, diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher, discussed the service required, fixed it quickly, and demonstrated the fully working system. He knows his stuff, and he's a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommended.
