Aubrey has serviced and repaired several appliances in our home over the years, most recently our ancient Maytag dryer which needed a major overhaul. As always, he was prompt, extremely professional and did a terrific job at a reasonable price. He was also very careful to observe COVID protocols at all times. I highly recommend him.

Aubrey called on a Saturday afternoon. I told him the issue with my LG washing machine, he gave me some tips over the phone on what might be the issue and how to resolve it. Right off the bat he told me he could not help me since LG washers can only be serviced by LG authorized agents. No other repair man I’ve spoke to in the past has told me LG can only be fixed by LG specialist, he was a breath of fresh air. he did spend the next 10min listening to my washers issue and offered some tips/solutions. He was very friendly and professional. I would have hired him in a blink of an eye. I’ve saved his number, I will hire him in the future when another appliance breaks down.

We had an issue with our dishwasher where the electrical cable, drain hose and a door link needed to be replaced. Aubrey did an outstanding job. He was really quick to get back to me when I first contacted him, took the time to understand the issue and explain what he would do, got the parts required, and did the work efficiently and cleanly. He also pointed out a plumbing leak under the sink. He is very polite, pleasant and professional. No hesitations whatsoever recommending him. Top notch.

My refrigerator stopped working, and Aubrey got back to me right away and came the same day to fix it. He was very professional, fixed the problem and gave suggestions for maintaining it. I would not hesitate to call him again.

This is the second time that we have used Aubrey. He is a very honest and diligent person and tackles each problem in a very methodical manner. The repair took several weeks but that only because the required part was not readily available from Samsung. We will call Aubrey again when the next appliance breaks and highly recommend him.

Aubrey is a genuine, honest, straight forward repair professional. It is no wonder he received high ratings on HomeStar and I want to add that he never once encouraged us to even post a comment here. He receives positive reviews because of his good honest service and work. He responded to all of our calls promptly and worked around our hectic schedules. He didn't charge us for the first visit as he needed time to assess the problem. While it did take longer and cost a bit more than expected to repair our dishwasher, it was worth it because Aubrey did a thorough job to make sure he fixed the root of the problem. He showed us everything he was doing and wanted us to understand how to prevent future problems, not only with the dishwasher but with other appliances. A real gem! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and strongly recommend him.
