    Kitchen Cupboards

When I first purchased my new home the kitchen cabinets were being build by another company, within a couple of months I learned AYA had the new contract and I could not have been happier. Their cabinets are amazing quality and I had no issues with getting any issues repaired. I am very happy with my new cabinets!

    kitchen reno

Still waiting for AYA to finish our kitchen, one year after initial installation last May, 2010. We paid all $ before having the option to inspect, and were called the evening before to remind us, to have the money ready. There isn't anyone at the company who helped including both the owners. I would NOT recommend this company. The installers were rude, smelly, and one a very heavy smoker. The designer visited our site twice, total as she did not live downtown, so couldn't make it.

    Kitchen Renovation

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were impressed. And then we met Heather. She was so helpful and understood our budget restrictions. Although I knew exactly what I wanted, Heather helped refine my vision at a GREAT price. The installation was extremely smooth which was a big concern because no one was home when it was done. And now, almost two years later, everyday when I walk into the kitchen, I think about how lucky I was to have found AYA and Heather.

    kitchen renovation

We selected Aya after initial free design concept was done and cost estimated, as the cost was competitive with other quotes, but the ideas for space utilization were much better. Kathleen had some great ideas to make the layout more useful and modern. She also helped with the many decisions that come with a completely new kitchen, from layout, colours, countertops, floors to backsplash. The project was scheduled and co-ordinated with her help so we were only without a kitchen for 3 weeks. The installer was clean, neat, fast and had great workmanship. We had a minor issue with a blemish on a piece and it was replaced without any question. This was a great experience compared to others we have talked to, thanks in large part to Kathleen at Aya. Our 25 year old kitchen has been remade into a clean modern designer kitchen. Thanks.

    Kitchen Renovation

My experience with Aya Kitchens has been a nightmare. Nothing went smoothly. The designer, Amy [last name removed--Ed], although sweet and patient, would not always answer my questions in a thorough way (I had to email her at least 5 times to get a full checklist of what I could or could not buy for my sink!!), showed no creativity (design entirely mine, I wonder why she is called a designer), and was very prompt to drop my case when delivery was on its way. The person in charge of delivery and installation, Barbara [last name removed--Ed] would not respond to emails before 3 or 4 days in the best cases (I had to call the manager), and when she did, she was not clear, or provided with wrong information. I had no checklist of what should be prepared, which was the source of constant emailing, loss of time and lots of stress. On the day of installation, the guy showed up at 7.50 am instead of the scheduled 9 am, and he had no idea I lived in a condo. He went on about how small the space was (the designer had come, you would think he would have been informed of that detail), telling me it now looked like a 2 day job. He also came unprepared, and had to leave for over an hour to Home Depot to go buy some things.... Unacceptable. Some cabinets doors were also damaged during delivery, and so was my brand new hardwood floor, despite protection. Do not expect a smooth ride with Aya Kitchens, they never made me feel like they cared about my project, and they proved everything BUT professional along the way.

    Kitchen

The company put in a new kitchen for my new home. They were easy to deal with and very accommodating for my needs and budget. There was a problem with the space for my fridge which they rectified immediately.

    kitchen

I had an Aya kitchen installed in a home that I renovated to sell. We stayed longer than anticipated, and I am so glad that I got to enjoy that kitchen. I was impressed with the service from start to finish. I was well lead through the design process, and the installation was not without it's challenges, but the installers were professional and paid more attention to the details than I did. I was lucky to spend about 5 years with my kitchen, because now that I've moved, I miss it!! I will have Aya do my next kitchen, no question!

    kitchen design,installation

We purchased a new home, had our builder permit us to get our own Kitchen company and to do our own design. The details and the extras make the world of difference. Custom legs on the island , recycle bins, soft close drawers, lighting all around and unique backspash design and tiles. One service call needed for backordered items. We have enjoyed our kitchen for over two years now and still love it. It has the "WOW" factor when visitors come to our home. Even the neighbors like to show it off. The Designer, Installer and Service technician were wonderful to deal with and very professional. The timing was just as scheduled and planned. There was no delay or hold up the builder. I would recommend Aya Kitchen Gallery in Ajax to anyone that wants quality, price and a full service organization.

    Kitchen install

From start till now, 4 years down the road, this has been a nightmare. Crooked cupboards to damaged countertop upon install, hinges breaking after 1 year, drawers falling, countertop drooping, it's bad. If you could see the care and pride we have in our home and how we deal with people, it would be obvious that we aren't in the least to blame for this and I know that we aren't the only ones going through such disasters. Can't believe a company would allow such poor workmanship to be done and seen by public. How do these people stay in business is beyond me. I'll be contacting the media as I've had enough. Will be getting my kitchen redone in the next few months and you can be sure it's not with Aya Kitchens.

    Kitchen Cabinets, supply and install

I searched across Toronto for a company that could produce and install a quality kitchen with 'clean and modern lines' and restrained details. Aya had a good selection and was able to work with my fairly detailed design and at a good price. They were very patient with my changes and installed the cabinets accurately and professionally to my instructions. I did find a number of deficiencies, and they promptly attended to them. I'd definitely use them again.
