My husband Jamie and I just wanted to share some very positive feedback about one of your employees, Joe.
We recently purchased a home from Legend Estates in Acton, and started working with Joe back in June to start designing all of the cabinetry throughout our new home (i.e. kitchen, master en suite bathroom, main bathroom, powder room, servery, and laundry room).
As Joe will tell you (and as we will openly admit!), working with us has not been easy. We have changed our minds on multiple occasions, been indecisive about various selections, and have put Joe's patience to the test to say the very least! However, Joe has always remained an absolute pleasure to work with despite all of the hurdles we've thrown at him. Never once has he shown us any frustration; he has always been in great spirits; and he has continued to gently guide and help us along the way without ever making us feel uncomfortable or distressed about the situation. All of our changes have undoubtedly resulted in a lot of rework on Joe's end, but as mentioned already, he never made us feel the burden of this impact and always worked through all of our requests very respectfully. He truly is a model employee and his efforts should be recognized by your team as they set a great example of what it means to be in 'customer service'. He is also very knowledgeable and excellent at what he does, so we are very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.
